The staff make it super uncomfortable to wash here they watch your every move to see if you are stealing quarters .One of the staff member always had something to say when I come in here this will be my last time coming here .

I am a late-night person. I have gone to every Laundromat in the Northeast region of Long Beach and this is the best place. It's clean, well-maintained, and never crowded. No matter what time of the evening I arrive, Alejandro, the attendant, is always making sure the machines are clean. He never stops cleaning and it shows. Alejandro is also super helpful and polite. I hope he gets the positive recognition he deserves.

Prices for washing and drying are pretty good, but I see too many washing machines and coin machines out of order.

The washing machines at the end of cycle leave the clothes very wet the dryers only heat upto 155 to 160 degrees and I've lost money in the dryers

Worst experience here. Came here at 5:50pm on November 28, 2023. We filled up detergent into a washer, the washer accepted coins from 16 until it was down to two, then the coin slot was blocked. Tried the next machine, blocked at 13 coins, then a third, blocked at 11 coins. None of the machines would return any coin after pressing the return button. All detergent and quarters gone. No attendant on site, the phone number just sends you to voice mail. Management here is horrible. Never have I encountered a laundromat without an attendant. Weve been waiting for 20 minutes and nobody here to help. Go somewhere else, unless you want to get ripped off!!!

Love that it is open until 11 pm EVERY NIGHT!!! I come from Cypress just because of that , well and it’s cleeeean!It’s Saturday night 8pm and it’s quite busy.

I went to use a small load unit Int GE front and it's $3.50 clearly you can see this a small washer and the attendant says it double load. I have no idea of what type of double load you could was in such a small machine maybe while bunch of rags!Place is old and dirty and looks like it has never been updated since it open.There are better places than this that are cheaper and cleaner to do your laundry.
