Iig i Could give them a half a start I would! have been with this credit union for over 20 years. I have had so much fraud on my account it's ridiculous. Someone somewhere cloned my card and PIN number. They deposited a a stolen check into my account and tried to withdrawal money from my account. My fault for not paying attention to the deposit thinking it was a bonus that I was waiting for from my 2nd job. I spent the money as usual paying bills and day to day living expenses. The way the fraud department handled this situation was ridiculous. First I went to deposit money in my account through the ATM and was not able too. I went into the bank and asked why my card wasn't working. The person I spoke to said that I had to speak to the fraud department. This Was a Friday and my acct was locked. I called the fraud department because no one let me know what was going on. They just locked my account. I had to wait until Monday to talk to someone. I understand this is their job, but the way I was treated was uncalled for. Finally on Monday David called me and said that my account was locked because of fraud and that I needed to pay the money back. David accused me of being involved in this fraud. It took the bank 31 days to realize that it was fraud. The bank only found out because the check bounced back, He accused me of depositing someone else's check in my account. I told him to look at the cameras. He said we will. So, you lock me out of my account and you don't investigate before you call me back? David has horrible customer service skills. I asked to speak to his manager. His VP Maria was no help either. I complained about David and told her how he made me feel like a criminal the way David spoke to me. She defended him and said well when there's fraud most of the time the account holder is involved. I told her this is not the case. Again, defending David. I asked to speak to her manager. Another VP who was useless. Jeff also accused me of fraud. He looked at my account and said well you have had 18 news debit cards on this account. I said it's because I keep having fraud on my card. Idk what that had to do with anything? Jeff also made me feel like a Criminal when I was the victim. I had no problem paying the money back. My issue is the way they made me feel. The fraud department is a joke. Another thing that David said to me when I said I was going to make a police report. He said I can do that but the police won't do anything. I also asked Jeff for an apology letter and I'm still waiting. I will be closing my account as well as all my family members that have accounts there. The fraud department need to investigate instead of assuming everyone is a criminal. I'm closing my accounts along with my kids and other family. Members.

I've been banking with this credit union for many years and even refer a few people here. They have helped me with credit building to personal loan and even car loan. I definitely recommend banking with them. Personnel here are friendly and even have a desk worker on standby to greet and get you situated as soon as you enter. Besides checking or saving, they even have investments opportunities such as IRAs, etc... They love to answer any questions you may have. Just fyi, not all locations offered service.

The staff at LBS FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION are very friendly and efficient. Even when the lines are long , the waiting time is short because the staff puts customers first by providing great service.

I always have a hard time getting into my account. It was a really frustrating experience. I made a complaint and management reached out to me and the issue was resolved and I really appreciate it. It's hard to find banks that are invested in the community like this anymore.

It’s unfortunate that they seem to be such a popular bank but they have complete disregard for maintaining the grass and landscaping at the western edge of the parking lot. Completely ignored and dry dirt during the summer. Overgrown and not maintained during the rain.

I have a car loan with this Credit Union. I have gotten married since obtaining the vehicle loan. LBS Federal Credit Union refuses to submit the name change request I sent them (with payment included) to update the loan to my legal name.This is how you do business?? Not keeping information up-to-date?Horrible business practices.RESPONSE:That’s the issue! I called and a teller who then told me which forms to fill out and how much it would cost. I sent the filled out forms and a check for the amount the representative gave me. Your finance department doesn’t do their job.After my check hadn’t been cashed, I called the Long Beach office and I was told to physically go to the branch. I’m not local to your branch. I should have taken a loan out from a far more reputable lender such as Chase.LBS Financial Credit Union has horrible business practices.

Elvia prepared a reply for me to SCE wherely they said I did not make an ETF transfer on August 1st, 2022. This is the 5th time we have responded to Southern California Edson since August 1st wherely they say they have not received my payment of $64.92. Dale Jensen

Terrible*Thank you for your response. I have already closed all my accounts and will not recommend your credit union. You had plenty of time to resolve the issues make contact etc. When a customer tells you they are frustrated and embarrassed by the situation and will close their account, that is when a phone call or email is need. Not after going to a closed office listed as a branch. Then going to a nother brank with an apathetic teller.
