If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a shirt and hat for my dad for Christmas on Dec 7th. I have yet to get any updates on my order. I've emailed them - and tried to call but their number is disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!** update **12/28/23 status online changed to awaiting shipment.1/11/23 status online changed to shipped and I received a tracking number.Item has been received but I still would not recommend ordering. I never got a phone call or an email from anyone but their websites portal. Too stressful for a shirt and hat. BTW, I think in Oakland ca and was having it shipped to Ohio for my father.

Terrible product, does not work as advertised, they say its for swimming totally worthless in the pool won't connect when submerged tried to work with customer service they are terrible, wont refund my money and terrible sound overall customer service feels like a scam company wasted my money!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT EVER YOU WILL BE SORRY THIS IS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT

Omg LB Certifed are the best!! If I could give them 1000 stars I would! Since the second I came in LB was unbelievably helpful and totally went the extra mile in every way. He helped make the design for the shirts which came out amazing. He was super patient withe me since it took me 6 months to finally pull the trigger on a design. I cannot say enough good stuff about them. I highly recommend them!!!

Ordered 2 hoodies. When I received them one was damaged. I called right away left a vm. Then I emailed them. No return call but I got a email telling me to ship the damaged one back at my cost and then they resend another. First off I shouldn't be held responsible to pay more shipping on top of what I already paid for shipping when this is NOT my mistake. So I emailed back and got zero response! I am not in California or i would have went in store to deal with them directly. I'm going to go ahead and take it as a loss and never purchase anything again!! Hard earned money down the drain! Hoodies are poor quality to begin with. I should have stuck with Long Beach Clothing Co.Customer service is trash!! Waste of time and money!

Need to work on online sales. Took 6 days for me to get notified that the order was even ready to be picked up and shipped. Payed for 2 day shipping. But it’ll take over 7-9 days for it to get to me.
