Staff on 2nd floor sound like cops, and I thought I was at the DMV. Holy moly so uptight all I saw were elderly people. Maybe thats why they are so robotic.

The person who suppose to check refferals does not. I called over 3 months. Referral date expire last time I called. Had to go back to my PC ask for extension. Same issue. I asked, for them to set a date 3 months so i dont waste my PC time getting extension. Was told no. This place is DEATH SENTENCE.
