I've been at this site since the 1990s when it was Harriman Jones Medical Group. While the nurses, medical techs, and doctors still give great care, now that it belongs to United Health, it has become horrible. Don't expect good customer service at all

There is no one to be held accountable for anything. No actually in making a issue or problem will ever get addressed. Waited on phone for 45 minutes (15 at a time) to resolve a issue or speak to patient advocate. I believe this is by design. If my doctor of 30 years weren't here I would find another health care system... read full comment

Brought my wife in first thing Christmas Morning … she got right in / diagnosed / got meds and she was in bed 2 1/2 hours later. Not a good Christmas, but we’re grateful they were open and quick.
