I had a pump dropped off for rebuild. After 2 weeks and numerous calls where they told me they would call back, nothing. I had a flight to come down and pick up the part. I called twice this week to verify the pump would be ready and explained the situation. Heading over there, I called again only to find out the mechanic was off on Friday and that the part wouldnt be ready until the following weds. Disappointing as I had done lots of due diligence making sure this was ready, as well as scheduling a mechanic for the install. Took 24 hours to get the pump back that was delivered in a open box in the back of the pickup truck. In all, cost me so much time and energy (and money) for nothing. After nearly 3 weeks, I still have a broken pump. To their credit, they seem nice on the phone. Zero stars for punctuality or communication

I’ve been coming here for a while now, they always help very quickly. The customer service is awesome, the employees are so friendly. Braulio has helped me a few times and he’s been great. Definitely recommend ☺️
