A nice shopping center with a wide variety of stores and theatres and restaurants

It's still a fun little town centre but it's sadly a far cry from its heyday, where there were countless different shops and eateries to choose from. In recent years, most likely partially due to quarantine and covid, the majority of business went out of business and it became a ghost town of abandoned shop fronts. Recently a Dave & Busters took over roughly half of the centre, and while D&B is fun for some, it took away much of the space that could have gone to other eateries, maybe an ice cream parlor. The starbucks has survived through it all, unsurprisingly, and the Roasting Waters hidden away in a corner is the hidden gem it always has been.

There are so many choices of places to shop at, but it was difficult to exit from there. I needed to get directly onto the 605 freeway southbound. The exit by the In N' Out was extra atrocious on a Sunday afternoon. FYI.

Good, friendly service. Clean, simple atmosphere Great breakfasts, small but good entrees (steak, turkey dinner, fish & chips). Large servings, good prices (by today's standards). Quick & easy go to....

I have to say the Sam's Club gas station is a lot better than the Sam's Club gas station in La Habra.

It's great that it has a large parking lot, but it's very difficult to walk around to get to a store because there are no signs to indicate it.

It's sad to see all the shops around the theater closed. All empty now. But it is still fun to go and hang out at the "playground". Nice area to relax, enjoy the water, be warm at the fireplace, have a date night.Other stores are still around such as Ross, Barne and Nobles and more and hopefully they will be here forever. The place need a boba shop and buffet!Well tonight is Valentine Day and we are having a date night.

Plenty of shops, parking and easy access off the 605 on Carson. Long Beach Towne Center is growing with new businesses and infrastructure. Many stores here - David's Bridal, Barnes and Noble, Movie Theater, Lowe's, Michaels, PetsMart, Sam's Club, Wal-Mart beside the center, Total Wine, Party City, Sally Beauty and more! Several restaurants fully open - Lucille's BBQ, In-N-Out, Ben and Jerry's, a few fast food drive throughs and more places to eat. Bicycle/walk paths beside the Towne Center.

Here to be out on a Valentine Day date. Not crowded tonight, everyone seem to enjoy a good time. I remember this place were packed with restaurants and pizza....now gone but the entertainment area is here to keep visitors feeling warm and a place to sit and relax outside the theater.
