I place an order with Lowe’s on May 29, 2025, for multiple doors. Since placing the order, I have experienced repeated delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability from both Lowe’s customer service and the Long Beach store.
Despite being given three different delivery dates, each one has passed without the order arriving. Every time I contact Lowe’s, I am assured that a new delivery date has been set, only for it to be delayed again without proper explanation. It’s now been over a month, and I still have not received my order.
I contacted the Long Beach branch manager, but he claimed the issue lies with the manufacturer and stated that he is unable to help. This lack of responsibility from the store is unacceptable, especially given that the order was placed directly through Lowe’s.
On June 28, 2025, I reached out to Lowe’s customer service via online chat to request a refund of the delivery fee and to cancel the order entirely. The representative informed me that the Long Beach store manager would follow up regarding the refund and confirmed that the cancellation process had begun.
However, when the manager contacted me, he stated that because the order was already canceled by customer service, he could no longer issue a refund or even provide a store credit. I was left without the doors I ordered, without a delivery fee refund, and without any compensation for the time wasted and the inconvenience caused.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I have done everything on my part to resolve the issue, only to be given inconsistent information and passed between departments without any clear resolution.

Horrible experience all around! Went in and got a washer/dryer combo. Paid and scheduled delivery. First delivery came outside the 4 hour window and they delivered a washer and a washer!!! Had to call customer service to get the dryer swapped out and they charged me for their mistake another $90.
And guess what, the dryer doesn’t work.

The store looks well supplied but with items just filling spaces and not the daily items people buy. It looks like there are plenty of employees that can help but when asked no one works in the area you are in, they said will call someone but no one shows up

I must say I am very pleased with the customer service in this store. I arrived to purchase a chest freezer and had a product description in hand of a freezer that was in stock, but not quite the size I needed.
The gentleman that helped me in the appliance section actually found me the perfect size chest freezer and the bonus was that it was actually much cheaper than the original freezer I had been looking at.
I am highly satisfied with my purchase as well as my experience within the store. I only wish I had caught the gentleman's name, so I could give him the credit he deserves.

Bad experience coming to this store to get some electric, as was time to pay they end up saying they did not have change for bigger bills, as it affects the customers time and themself in the way that they dont get the sell.

Never Going to Lowe’s again, Hope depot all the way. Bought items over $500 to pick up in store for an emergency job. The customer service department refused to release an item that was available online and in store, she purposely held it back even though I had the item in my hand. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager and proceeded to cancelling all my orders. Now I don’t have materials to work on my Job. Lowe’s is a useless store and will never be a Home Depot, keep being a runner up, you put people hating employees everywhere.

Hello, I just had the best experience at Lowe’s. We had vertical blinds installed wow what excellent customer service we had from the beginning they came out to measure and then when it came to the installation a super professional came out and did the job in a timely manner. Well done! The blinds are beautiful!
I am so impressed. Thank you Lowe’s for the great professionals you put before us!

out of 30 employees only 2 are helpful and acknowledge that you even exist.. they are zombies in their own world.. most look grumpy.. no wonder this place is ALWAYS empty.. Homes Depot has better customer service!! hands down!

Ordered online, texted that I had arrived. Followed the clearly marked signs for online pick up and the blue footprints on the floor.. They had it ready for me. I was out in about 60 seconds! Product performed as described when I got to the job.
