Terrible management racists company. Wasted my time and others. The company treated an employee very rudely he was a black male who was so nice and swear to people. The managers name is Cindy Schmidt and Melissa Baulmer can't miss them they sit in the back office on their cell phones not doing anything but barking orders and talking down to people not a true leader. The Old lady that sits in the back is rude and racist. I highly recommend not going there they're racist absolutely. Don't go there. Also the manager Cindy Schmidt is never in the office when you need her. She goes out and leaves the branches for hours I was told she was getting her hair done and will be right back. Be gone for about 2-3 hours when she is supposed to be working what kind of business operates like that. What kind of customer service is this. She doesn't help her employees in anyway. I came to the branch a couple times she talks down to the other banker name Andrew he is black and I think it's unfortunate a older lady who is white can be so mean and rude to people and still have a job. Luther Burbank savings might close down soon because there rates are terrible and there customer service is atrocious! Lastly Melissa the assistant manager she yells and gets in people faces and think she knows it all. It's like why are you here in my face all the time. She is very rude. I highly recommend do not open your account at this location I repeat stay far away if you're a minority and especially African American because this place is about as racists as it gets

We live in the area and, while walking 2nd St, noticed this branch opening about a year ago. It's a new building, very clean and open. The savings and CD rates were very attractive so we gave them a try. We are extremely satisfied with our experiences and have returned to do more business with them. The staff is very friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. Right now the bank seems to want to load up on money and is giving savings rates comparable with online, not brick and mortar institutions so do not wait! My only comment to management would be to engage in some sort of publicity effort to make more folks aware of it.
