Had an appointment set up with them for my 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 650 for my first oil change, as well as installing a DCV outlet and a RAM Mount phone holder. The manager was an awesome man to talk to, gave me a great price for everything involved (~$400 - $60 for oil change, $60 for phone holder installation, and the $280 for the DCV because it was electrical)!

0 zero stars. Wasn't going to write a review but saw that this business (owner / manager) is still extorting bikers, I brought my bike in about a year ago he said he would fix the rectifier but he basically had his assistant put electrical tape around the external wiring and charged me 300.00 dollars, the wires basically melted while I was riding on the freeway (dangerously breaking down on the freeway) leaving me to get towed back from San Clemente to Long Beach, when I went back for my refund I explained to him what happened and demanded a refund back, he knew they were responsible because he offered my full refund back, for some reason I felt sorry for the assistant who seemed nice it's just that he didn't really know about how to fix this issue not his fault, so I only took back half of my 300.00, but I see the reviews and it appears he's still scamming people for even more and getting away with it, and probably didn't even pay the guy who worked on my bike when they scammed me, the manager / owner didn't appear to be remorseful or apologetic what so ever, except for the partial refund, DO NOT GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP, if you value your safety, others safety around you on the road and your bike, it could be a fatal decision. There have been many complaints about this business it's odd that Long Beach law enforcement has not cited this establishment for criminal fraud...

I took a set of tires here for my sport bike to get installed. They mounted the new tires in a timely manner however, they did not balance them. Every shop mounts and balances together. I was not informed the tires would not be balanced, I would have taken them to another shop if I'd known. I noticed they weren't balanced after I brought the wheels and tires home. I called them and was informed their machine wasn't working properly and apologized which was a nice gesture. I was told to call two other shops to take the wheels to in order to finish the job. I took the wheels to one of the shops for $40. I ended up paying more $ than I would have if took it to the shop which could mount and balance. I called the original installer and asked if they'd reimburse me, which was declined. I told them I would have gone to another shop to begin with if I'd known their balancing machine was broken. In the end, I spent double the time having to go to two shops, and more money too. Super nice guys, but work ethic wasn't there. Lastly, Alex was nice and let me drop off 3 old tires which needed to be recycled, so it was appreciated.

Brought my Honda Shadow in for repair after it sat too long. They were able to get the bike up and running and more importantly stood by their work when the bike was acting up a few months later. Have brought the bike back for scheduled maintenance in subsequent visits and the shop did great work. Will be a returning customer, highly recommend. Thanks!

I typically only leave reviews when the service is excellent but today I felt compelled to warn others to avoid wasting time and frustration with Long Beach Motorcycle Repair. I phoned this morning at 9:45 to discuss a flat rear tire situation on my HD Ultra Classic that required a tow into the shop. I was told they could help and they'd send a trailer to tow my bike asap. I was informed there was one pickup ahead of mine just a few miles alway. I was grateful and postponed my morning meetings to allow time for the tow. At 11:30 I hadn't seen or heard anything from the shop so I called to get an update. I was told I'd see the trailer by 12:30. I again postponed my early afternoon meetings to allow for the tow. 12:30 rolled around, no truck. At 12:45, still no truck so I called again and the shop said the driver left 10 minutes ago. (I live 8 minutes from the shop.) 1:00, still no truck. I'm upset at this point. Had someone communicated that they were behind I could have made my 12:00 meeting work. Instead the shop kept me on ice. I called back and no one answered. Called back again and was put on hold before I could say hello. 3 minutes later I was still on hold so I hung up. The driver finally called me at 1:10 and said he was close. I told him to cancel the tow and he laughed and said "Thanks!" What a joke! A wasted day and nothing accomplished. Its unbelievable that shops like this are still in business with how lousy the customer service is. Had they communicated with me it wouldn't have been a problem.

Israel (I hope that spelling is correct) was such an awesome help. I called around for my Honda Shadow to get an idea for what was wrong. He gave me an over the phone diagnosis that aligned with my suspicions so I brought it over. My bike was sitting for a little while and it had an electrical problem. I was going thru battery's left and right as a result. I also had a suspicion that there was something wrong with the fuel lines because of how long it was sitting They flushed out my tank and fuel lines, gave me a full service and my electrical problem was from bad wiring for LED's. 10/10 service, absolutely returning!

In regards to a 2000 Honda CBR 929RR complete custom.I took my motorcycle into the shop and it ended up sitting in a corner for over 2 months without any repairs, I bought all new part and let the owner know they could customize the bikeI attempted to contact M&C motorcycle shop multiple times over 2 months without any response back in regards to the amount that I would possibly owe so that I can begin cutting a check for the customization at the time I had $3,000 set to the side with a complete rebuild to cover both mechanically as well as cosmetic restorationAfter 2 months I went into the shop and I see my motorcycle was just tucked into a corner I asked the mechanic Israel what was going on with my motorcycleHe pretty much said that he didn't think that it would be worth it to restore the motorcycle and that there was a major electrical problem and just for the electrical problem alone will cost me $1,500.I Ask for my motorcycle back his assistant dropped off my motorcycle the next day and left it on the street without even notifying me, on street sweeper day with the keys in the ignition. The driver was outside talking to my next door neighbor like they were best friends and my motorcycle just left in the street.Once I got my motorcycle into my garage I looked at the fuses and there was a fuse that was blown I replaced it and the motorcycle started right up after two months later and I saved $1,500.I used to take my motorcycles thereI'm not really sure what's going on over there now.I wish them/you the best of luck.

Nothing but more problems when I went to get help from Long Beach Motorcycle repair. I brought a bike in and was told it was a 3k job I paid for the work problems(gas getting into exhaust and making white smoke was the main one) I waited almost a year and they couldn't fix my bike I would keep getting my bike back and the same issues would appear seats would go missing new problems appear as well! It's very poorly managed and bad communication between the staff. Nobody knows what is going on with the bike or has an update. It's been nothing but a headache and my whole journey and money with This Shop is just a waste and a headache.I hate a shop that can't fix what they said they could and steal all my money and leave me with a broken bike. They can never give me back the time I lost! Worst shop ever. Please Don't even trust them with an oil change.

Took my motorcycle here a few times. Mostly for tires. I took my R6 in when it was idling rough and struggling to accelerate. A friend who also rides asked me about my motorcycle coz he was pretty sure he saw them guys riding my moto around. It was there for over a week and all they replaced was a bad coil. Today I did a spark plug coil change; upon removing my gas tank I learned there were 0 bolts holding my air box together. What kinda shop does this!! Glad I have never returned there for service.

Dropped off my CBR500R for a chain adjustment. The cost was not only half the price that the dealer would charge me, but they said it would take an hour and a half and it took an hour and a half. Very reliable and punctual. Very good service

Had my dirt bike the for 9 months. Instead of telling me they can't fix it. They gave me run around. The problem got worse when I picked it up. I just want to ride my bike.

Customer service was fantastic and way above expectations here. I had two scooters that needed repair. Israel kept me informed of progress and when they were going to be ready. I could not come in when they were done and they kept them extra days until I was able to come get them. The other guys at the shop were also so helpful. The scooters are running like new!

M&C Motorcycle Shop was great! They offered me a ride home, and even picked me up when my bike was done. They even cleaned my bike. The overall experience was very positive, and they left me with some pointers to save some money on things I could easily do myself.I really do gotta' learn how to work on my bike, Thanx guys! ???
