This is the only store in Southern California that I called that gave me a hard time when I asked them about a purse I was looking for. I DID NOT ask the representative to look for the purse for me. I asked the representative had they done inventory for the day and had they received any new items fitting the description of the purse I was looking for and they didn’t even want to answer that. Every other location I’ve called has been extremely helpful. Do not recommend this location if you need assistance.

Staff is very nice…. It gets a 2 star review because of the rude, mean looking security guard standing in the front door as you walk in, just like to intimidate customers just coming in waiting to shop. Even when you’re friendly asking him a question, he snaps at you for even daring to speak to him. Not a smile, not a welcoming expression… just a person standing there seemingly to say , GET OUT! WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING HERE? DON’T TALK TO ME!
No thank you, I’ll spend my money with welcoming faces welcoming you when you come in to spend money.

Unfortunately, the experience of buying in this store is tainted by its rude and unhelpful staff. They're dismissive toward anyone who doesn’t share their accent—that is, non-native speakers or people originally from outside the area. They act snobbishly, ignore customers' preferences or requests, and serve standoffishly, almost as if assisting them were a bother. Definitely not recommended if you expect even the bare minimum of kindness and attentiveness—qualities that apparently are too much to ask unless you're a local WASP.

That area becoming Gh...o. Still ok store but unorganized. Had 5 lamps on for cash registers but only 1 actually ooen. Once I reach the register the cash registers the cashier was disturbed by this big lady her coworker like she could not let her finish the customer he keeps asking her someschedule questions. Totally G:-( behavior

I don’t know about Marshalls. I’m just gonna say OK it’s OK that’s it. You know it’s messy. It’s uncomfortable when it’s messy. I just don’t wanna buy things there when it’s messy and Marshalls is Marshalls so when you do.

Melina was great! Excellent customer service, along with a young gentleman who was working with her (possibly a manager)? They both helped me with a markdown. Melina also ran out to the parking lot to hand over an item I forgot at the register, which was so kind! Keep hiring people like this. :)
