Was going to go to this cleaners because I am getting ready for an event. Parked in their parking lot, but had an emergency with my dog then had to pick my kids up from school. When I was finally going to bring my clothes over, I was welcomed with a paper that threatened to tow my car away at my own expense they deliberately waited until I parked for no more than 15-20mins(emergency). I would understand if there were not other cars there that aren’t customers, but there were several cars parked that were not going to this cleaners. Construction workers, warehouse workers and another person that lives near this building. I spoke to several people who the cars belong to and they all confirmed they were not at the cleaners or planning to go. The worker in the front confirmed that she was watching me “all day” park and became very rude as I told her I was getting my clothes ready to come to the cleaners. I’m not sure if she is having a bad day or low on business, it’s unfortunate they lost out on a customer. My mother used to go to this cleaners 10+ years ago, I was happy to see they were still opened. I hope they treat all customers with respect and not pre judge moving forward.

I am extremely picky about my silk shirts. Once bitten twice shy, I got burned or my silk shirt got burned literally from another cleaner. But Master Cleaner had restored my faith in cleaning silk or other fabrics, they are amazing and now I can wear my silk or any shirt and not worry about if they will be ruined when I have them cleaned. So glad to find this place, my go to dry clean going forward.
Btw, good thing I didn’t trust Yelp, found out someone registered their business name on Yelp and put negative reviews, don’t know the true reason

I would give 0 stats if possible... $18 for a pair of sweats and a hoodie... basic clean only... wtf? Outrageous! And they said I could pick up in 8 days!!! Are you serious right now? Ridiculous!! Lucky I was lazy today and didn't feel like driving around so they got me this time but trust me, never again!

Prompt service and super friendly. They have a computer system in case you lose your ticket too. Nice prices too!
