Booked to have my truck shipped to Oahu and they ended up canceling on me the day I I'm scheduled to drop it off.I am literally angry and disappointed at this company.why would you allow someone to book and cancel last minute esp when I'm literally at your parking lot.I hope this doesn't happen to anyone.Big companies like this don't have any consideration.All about money.

Shipped a truck from Oahu to Long Beach. After some delays due to ship availability, my truck arrived here ready for me to pick up. The process to pick it up was so easy. I went onto the lot, the security guy in the booth handed me a high visibility vest to wear while on the property, I went into the building, gave them my shipping number, name, and ID. They gave me my keys, I inspected the truck, took the paperwork back into the office and was sent on my way. Whole process took 15 minutes. Be prepared and it will be a quick process.

I’ve dropped off my two cars through this port. My experiences with all the staffs, including gate guards, checking in staffs and inspector, are all fantastic! They are welcoming, helpful and supportive. Just keep the car clean and every personal items invisible. I sincerely suggest to book your vehicle drop off through Matson website, it’s super convenient and reliable. Price and picking up time is clear. Email or mobile notifications are on time when the vehicle arrived in the destination, in order to avoid storage fee.

Great service! Fast and efficient! One of the workers (Travis) was extremely helpful and very specific on what was required from me when it came rebooking an oversized vehicle I presented him, he really helped me get out of there quick!
