This is the spot for a solid mattress deal. I found them on offer up and when I showed up they were about to close, they still helped like if I was the first person in. All super nice people, Gio and his pops Alberto hooked it up. Definitely recommend if you need a good mattress from a good place.

I've ordered from them back in 2020, wife said we need more drawer space now. Called them, set up a delivery. They answered all my questions in a friendly professional manner. Delivery driver called when he showed up, got the big drawer. From time he showed up to in being in my house was less than 10 minutes. Thank you guys so much, will definitely conduct more business here.

Alberto was so super nice to me. He helped me with no hesitation. No pressure to buy or no gimmicks or hidden fees. I showed him the price I was quoted when I called and he honored it. He even allowed me to pay at delivery. The facility was clean organized and most of all .. affordable. I liked that they have several options and offered me a free pillow with my purchase. The delivery was easy and no hassle. I am very happy and will refer friends and family to buy from them. I will be back to get a sofa when they’re on sale. Again, thanks my bed is amazing.

I found mattress factory direct on Craigslist and I was in dire need of a bed I was on a budget and the gentleman that was helping me over the phone explain to me that their pricing is a little bit more expensive because the quality of the bed is good however He Blessed me with a $20 discount and even threw in 2 very good bamboo type pillows, as far as the delivery goes they were here early rather than on time or late, the delivery driver was very helpful he gave me my receipt along with their local ad this is definitely my new go to furniture store I live in the city of Buena Park and they delivered all the way to me from the city of Long Beach without charging me a delivery fee I am one happy customer and we'll definitely be going back soon to purchase some more furniture.I also wanted to add that the bed was in perfect condition it was very comfortable I finally woke up this morning with my back not killing me so I would like to thank everybody at Mattress Factory Direct you guys are amazing keep up the awesome work, the last thing I wanted to add was I also received a follow-up call making sure that I received my bed the day of and also received a call the day after asking me if I was happy with my purchase I highly recommend Mattress Factory Direct!! thank you guys!!!
