1/1/24 time 1:20pm manager or assistant manager would not honor buy 1 big mac get one for a dollar and the sign was on the floor. I asked her why and she told me it starts tomorrow. I then ask her why the sign was on the floor all she could say was sorry but atill didnt remove the sign.

My son went to two job interviews at this location and both times my son was not seen. This is very unprofessional as an organization if somebody scheduled for a job interview and you being the company you need to let them know to reschedule.

You can always count on McDonald's to get your order wrong and this location is no exception. However, this is one of the better locations in Long Beach. The food seems more fresh and their service is a little faster in comparison. So all in all, I recommend this location over others. But that being said, what is up with them charging for BBQ sauce? When you ask for extra they say it's $0.30 each, which I'm ok with paying. When you get your receipt, the BBQ sauce is at No Charge and they charge you for a different sauce that you don't get; I am NOT ok with this. I actually happen to know that this is against the law. This means that there is no price in their system because it's a condiment you should not charge for, like ketchup. Heads up McD's, I won't do it, but there are people (who have nothing better to do) that will sue you for this and will benefit from a large sum of money from you. All for BBQ sauce!!!! Get it together McD's and fix your registers before it becomes a legal problem for you. So to clarify my 3 Star review, it's based on their service, quickness, and quality. I'd say 3 star is actually good. What I would recommend is that you check the dinning area because it's always dirty. Not to mention, the restrooms are disgusting and never have TP nor soap to wash hands.

One againg they missed with my order, is no one or two times is a docene of times , is a lady on the drive thru that dont know who ta take orders, when you go to pick up window one time the manager told me why I'm dont check my orders, like is my job to do their rigth job, also when they missed my order always over charge

the manager hispanic lady is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ITS A JOKE that she is hired not only as an employee but as a manager WOW that is pathetic ?♂️. MCDONALDS corporation work on that better than hiring unprofessional rude employees who don’t hand out receipts and don’t want to apply Mobile app coupon. GET HER FIRED ASAP!

Staff was rude. No one was at the register. One employee stood there where the fries were being sent out and actually ate one being putting it in a bag. Will never be back .

Recently went to this McDonalds a couple days ago and had such an awful experience. The wait time for 3 McFlurrys was too much but I wasn't too annoyed about it because I could understand that there was quite a few of other customers and were busy. I ordered a strawberry shortcake McFlurry and asked for caramel with it. After the wait I received a melted McFlurry with fudge instead of caramel. I had to ask to get it remade because I don't like chocolate. The ice cream was so melted it was like a shake instead of ice cream. Later on my friend found a tiny fly bug inside her McFlurry, completely disgusting and disappointing. I myself work at a different McDonalds and always try my best to give the best service and this is just beyond awful...

Poor service. They had no bacon or sausage, and the coffee I drank was filled with coffee grounds. Poor excuse of a McDonald's. If I could have rated it lower, I would have.
