She is always welcoming and kind and always treats me with dignity, respect and professionalism. I am regular for blood draws, and I’m always very, very appreciative when Dafne is the phlebotomist who calls me in; I know the draw will be pain free, professional and free from anxiety.

“I had a lab appointment at 7:40 am. Their appointment system; setting up an appointment from their website to check-in at the site was seamless. I arrived there early, at 7:20 am and was ready to wait at the waiting room. In less than a minute, I was called in. I was happy that I didn’t have to wait too long. The staff who took care of me was professional and courteous. The entrance to the building was off the driveway (not on Termino), but it was fairly easy to spot the entrance. Question Diagnostics is on the 2nd floor so take the elevator to the 2nd floor and follow the directional signs. There seems to be a plenty of parking as well.”

“Made an appt for 8am on a Saturday. Got there at 7:57am, checked in on the kiosk. Called up and into a room by 8:08am. Left by 8:19am. Service was easy and fast as long as you make an appointment! The girl at the front today and the one taking my blood were both very kind and friendly.”
