“I got very lucky as a walk-in patient. There were 4 walk-in customers in the queue ahead of me waiting for the facility to open. When they started letting customers in, they allowed the only customer with the first appointment to enter first. There were 3 check-in kiosks. The 4 people customers ahead of me went to the other 2 kiosks, while I followed the only customer with an appointment. Luckily, he knew the process, so his check-in was quick; and because I also am familiar with the self-check-in process when he finished, I simply checked-in making me the first walk-in the official queue, while the other 4 people who had been ahead of me where still trying to figure it out. I was seated for all of 5 minutes before my name was called to be seen. So, I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. My best time yet. As usual, the staff was friendly and professional.”
“I was turned away from another facility that was short staffed. Bill Coffey made the process quick and easy. I called in advance and he waited on me to arrive before taking a FedEx delivery out. Each step was explained to me and was efficiently processed.”

“It was my first time here and I just have to say it was nice, easy and seamless! Checking it was so quick and I was seen right away. My phlebotomist Beverly was AMAZING. I told her I was nervous and she eased my nerves right away, not to mention really good at what she does, it was literally so quick and virtually painless and she was easy to talk to which helped. Just wonderful customer service all around! The facilities were nice and clean as well. A new favorite location for me for sure!”

“No appointment no problem. Just come in and you will be greeted with a friendly face. Came to help my mom to get her bloodwork and the worker Monique was very professional and helpful. It was 9:09 am when we signed in and there was only one person in front of us. We didn’t wait long and we were basically in and out. Overall experience; amazing and I highly recommend! A1 customer service.”
“When the office is open at 7am, it should actually be open at 7am! The last few times, the staff didn't arrive until after 7 to open the doors. Some of us actually have to get back to work too!”
