I was super nervous about getting my blood work done but the worker (I didn't get her name unfortunately ?) she was super sweet & quick I arrived at 8:30 & was out within the hour since there was 8 people in front of me she was polite, efficient, & quick I definitely recommend it”

“Phlebotomist was super nice and proficient. I’m docking one star just cause the sign in process was difficult. I had an appointment but I did not realize I needed to also sign in online (I thought I had to sign in at a kiosk). Many others were also confused. Just having a sign detailing what to do for appointments vs walk ins outside the locked door would help immensely with confusion as I know they are extremely busy at this location on a Saturday.”
