What I really appreciate about this company is the excellent customer service. Tim Brown has been my delivery man for several years and he goes out of the way to give me excellent customer service. The area manager Craig also has done a great job for me whenever I needed to talk to him about my contract or adjusting my orders. But I think what is particularly impressive is that my location is way off the beaten track, but Tim always manages to get my linens delivered even if it involves some tricky backing up and turning around.”
