Excellent staff, helpful and friendly. Store is clean with plenty of knowledgeable people. Good selection of phones, great price range, good warranties. Always helps me with my cell phone problems.

There phones are garbage. They don't help you much. I left for Cricket. I got a nice iPhone for only $49.99. Don't waste time here.

I was locked out of my phone and had to get it unlocked. Not only was I the only person in the store because it was closing but Ivan (the manager and Mark treated me with the gratesst customer servce anyone could give. They checked to get me the best discounts for my a phone needs.They stayed overtime making sure I was satisfied. I did get my phone unlocked and I also purchased a new phone and a tablet . Thanks Ivan and Mark. Stern's store in Long Beach.

I was just scammed with a defective phone! bought it at the Dana point location" the phone has issues along with the staff and its fraudulent company! I filed complaint with the Federal Trade commission, I suggest that all of you on Yelp , Facebook do the same! the federal trade commission will do more with this fraudulent company if they receive all our complaints our calls' you file online or file your complaint on the phone with a live person! I read all of your yelp and face book issues and see that Metro will never resolve the fraud they commit on a daily basis!!! using dirty tactics to block phones and disable them could be a bigger problem for those who are disabled or seniors who may be at risk and need to call for help ! Heaven forbid you need the police ! the complaints posted by so many of you as how Metro disables and blocks phones is a crime in itself! please ! please ! do the work file with the Federal trade Commission ! they take phone calls ! I spoke with a real person and they took down all my info ! or you may file on line! do not waste your time with BBB., fakes !! Take Metro down we can in numbers !!!! Federal Trade Commission!!!! online info shows how too........
