Metroflex Gym is a hard core, real gym environment with a great, cool vibe. It is considered the best gym with friendly staff and very nice people. The gym features lots of space, top of the line equipment, unique machines, and OG equipment for any type of fitness, including bodybuilding, powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting. It is an amazing, great gym that does not disappoint and is highly recommended for a visit. It reminds people of the old days and is a clear upgrade from chain gyms.
Been to every gym (practically in a 20 mile radius) this is the truest gym community you will find straight up. From the moment you walk in no judgement if you’re here to really work then you’re family!

GOATED GYM!!! 100s of equipment and machines that covers every muscle group imaginable. I love the raw feeling of this gym with great lighting all around. 0 wait time AND they got mma training area. Huge shoutout to @1percentpro for the warm welcome.
