System for paying cash has been down for more than a week, yet no notice outside or by phone to save customers the trip. One employee said it had been two weeks. This used to be the best.

Imma give this location a one-star when I went there to get a new phone I told the employee I just wanted the phone to show a phone case then which I told him that I didn't want none he told me to step aside to help other customers so he can set up the phone and activate at he told me it was done when we told him we didn't want it the phone case or the screen protector he told me that he couldn't take it he put it on she thought that we wanted it I only asked him to show me the screen protectors how they looked in the phone so get an idea two days later my phone gets turned off somebody got into my account put on insurance on my phone I had to go to another location so they could take never coming back to the store again you can't trust employees what's your security code

Just up graded to a new phone had to go back three times to get it fixed 3 different people had their shot at it still is not working right I rather have my old phone back said they couldn't do that unhappy please contact me been a customer for years

Very Unprofessional, Customer Service Terrible, Juiluss Drop My Brand New Just Purchased phone And Cracked the Screen Saver and without me noticing I left the store with that Damage, Also I Found out In the Process Of Trying To get A New Line..The Store Manager Rony Kept My Sim Card From My Previous Bought Phone, Please Know about Phones Before you Deal With These Two Employees.
