I've been a customer for over 10 years always come to the same retail store. But I dislike the fact that customer care changes policies and they have change my account pin 3 times already and yet no one is able to help. Now I have to pay either at the store or as a guest. If I need access to the pin I have ti come in with an ID but when I activate my phone line I wasn't asked for one. Makes no sense

Sam is the best agent that i have dealt with in the past 6 days. I went to numerous Metro stores & no one could achieve or even attempted to achieve what he was able to do in 20 min. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable & had a great attitude. All of the other employees that I interacted with this past week could learn something from him about customer service. Thanks Sam!

I went to Pay the Bill and the employee was working over there he told me to trade the phone and i got a New 5G Phone with very Cheap Price even I got Samsung Tablet for Free
