The customer service here is trash I see why you guys have one star you should have zero Stars I specifically asked for my name to not be on the caller ID now my full name is being presented to anybody I call I don't like that they didn't have any phone covers to protect my phone being there just made me very frustrated you guys seem very unprofessional I wouldn't request anyone to go there ever

Absolutely lazy people work at this place ! The employees claimed there Wi-Fi doesn’t work and it happens all the time!! So what type of company or Owner doesn’t Rectify That so they can get more business instead the two women their rather eat food and sit down and talk !! One blonde and one dark hair Girl ! SMH bad for business all around ! Don’t waste your time go to an official metropcs

While I was going to the store it was a man outside cleaning, he had ear buds in his ear I was asking a question and he couldn’t hear me because he had his ear pods in I asked again he kept cleaning the windows it’s 10:00am exact when this happened and I wasn’t going to post this but I felt it was rude for u to be at work with both ear pods inside then when I went inside to ask for his name another customer came in asked him a question and he said huh and took a ear pod out and I told him I can’t hear people with them in and he apologized but his said his name is Armando. I find it very rude ur not post to even have them in while on the clock but yea the lady was very nice other then that have a good day everyone

Two days ago my husband and I came and the guy was really professional, but We knew it what we want but The ladies are really lazy they didn't check for any price we ask for a plan about one specific phone They didn't even look for it.

This is the only phone company I been with I got my first phone when I was like 12 so yeah I couldn't agree more with anything than say this metro is not a bad phone company and for those out there with all other service lines saying making jokes about MetroPCS I demand respect for this company if you want make jokes go to boost mobile they have the crappiest everything

I went into this store tonight at 7:00pm and needed assistance on my mothers phone she's not receiving text from metro customer service and in order to make any changes to her phone they send you a text message to verify a # they sent for security reason. My mother is not capable of going into the store so I have to do all the this to help her switch her metro phone number to her new t mobile phone. I usually go to that store because I live around the corner from there and buy my phones there. Well this young girl was not helpful at all I was not trying to change anything for my mom all I needed was for her to see why my mom is not receiving text from metro she said she cant help me out because of their policies she needed my mother in the store. I told her we can call my mom I have her pin # whatever she needed to check why shes not getting text from metro pcs only. If this is what corporate trains their associates to not help customers with issues then they need training themselves. I'm very disappointed in this whole situation will never go to this store again.

I had literally a great experience because the service was so fast they had me in and out in 10 minutes normally it takes a long time and any other store I've been to I've been with metro for like 10 years and this is the first time it's ever been so quick and so friendly I definitely recommend this place and they're having a great deal right now I walked out the door with a brand new phone service case and protector for $81

Every time I go in here the employees don't greet or have any manners. They just look at you as if your a bother to them and seem like they don't want to help. Every question I ask they always say you need to contact customer service. I stopped coming here for this reason because every employee except a boy at night is rude. If you don't want to help customers DON'T WORK IN RETAIL!!! ESPECIALLY if your going to upsell at a phone company!!! AND NOT give attitude to those who want to buy or switch a phone!!!

After the June 1, 2019 network upgrade our phones no longer worked at home. We have to 'call forward our calls to the home phone. This would be fine. In the past we went through the Android system in our phones. Now Metro by T-Mobile has blocked this method! You now have to pay an extra fee of $5 to call forward your calls. Customer service is terrible!! I wrote a letter to the Corporate office and have not heard one word from them. I am very disappointed and I am now looking to switch carriers.

Hello, I was at the store at the same time that they customer below who claims lizeth was being rude and unprofessional was and i can honestly say that it didn't go the way this customer described. Lizeth is a nice employee and she always tries to help her clients as to the best of her ability. I heard this customer complaining about prices and she kept making rude remarks and comments and then she rolled her eyes and when lizeth asked why she rolled her eyes she proceeded to yell and make a scene. she then told her co worker she wanted to speak to the manager and when he told her to leave she said that they we're screwing each other in front of other customers. It's a work place and this customer should learn how to act her age. She then called lizeth stupid in spanish and told her that she should get another job and go to mcdonald's because if she's doesn't like it she shouldn't do it . Customers like this one make retail jobs harder than they need to be and coming onto yelp and making fake reviews is really low . so i hope you find peace with yourself and learn how to mature a little old lady . (: Btw yulma is MY NAME the person who was in there when she was causing a ruckus . not Lizeth . There's not even an employee with MY name at that store . this lady is bored .

Omg just saw the comments below, the same girl attended me name Lizet is not Lize, she has the most horrible customer service I ask her for a battery she then told me let me see your phone then she said you need a new phone it is broken from the part that you charge the phone, I grabbed my phone and it was not broken, I said it is not broken, then she told me they did not sale any batteries there and told me I needed a new phone in a rude voice, she then appeared not to want to help me so I just left! The one on PCH are super cool!

I went to this location at Pacific, I went in speaking to this Girl name Lizeth AKA Yulma... I wanted to purchase a phone asking to please show me a less expensive phone , she proceeded to show me phone that where $200 to $600 , I asked her again to please show me the less expensive, she then became irritated and said well the coolpad, I ask details about the phone and responded very rude saying is "60 the price is there" I then roll my eyes to her as her tone of voice was so rude and she said " don't you dare roll your f****** eyes on me that is the less expensive phone we have and if you don't like then you can leave" I then said to the guy there I need to speak to a manager, the guy said there is no manager here and ignore the whole situation, I said did you hear what she said and the guy said just leave the store. There were no customers around or a manager. I asked them to give me the name of the manager and provided me with a card, I said to the lady what a poor customer service and call her a idiot, she then said to me you are the idiot you f****** b***** I was shock I attempted to call another store and the manager said will review the recording, luckily my son records all the time and got the whole thing on VIDEO !!!! What a horrible store I am changing immediately to another company I guess things that are cheap they come for a higher price!! Cheap customer service the A&T customer service are super professional, ... she wanted to sale me a expensive phone and when she saw I was refusing she did not care! The only thing I feel is pity for her she probably does not have the means, money to look for s better job or to educate herself... or better worse Metro does not pay for qualified employees with excellent customer service! Lizeth AKA Yulma please educate yourself there are other careers out there, work on your character, obviously I am not the first customer to notice this...
