Worst customer service you are better off going to the metro on Anaheim and cherry they actually will help you and figure out your problem.

I've been coming here recently since another nearby store had closed down. And I gotta say, Absolutely amazing customer service!!! The employees are friendly and very helpful. Very different vibe compared the last store where the workers looked like they wanted to off themselves all the time. They give good advice on the best phones, and other services, for my needs and for my budget. I'll be coming here from now on.

We went into went into Metro as they were closing and bought two phones they hurried up and did what they did behind the counter took the money sent us on our way when we got home we realized they weren't even the phones we wanted and they will not return them for the phones we wanted now we're stuck with phones in the box that we never wanted. I've been using metro for a long time I'm very disappointed in this situation and will never use them again.

Lost $107.00 and a job interview due to my phone being cut off because metro by T-Mobile staff maid changes to my account without my consent or knowledge good luck trying to fix that
