I went today to pay my bill. I have been there before and paid without no issues but unfortunately today I was helped by a Very rude and unprofessional young red head female bad customer service. And did not even get to pay my bill at all. I explained I had been there before and paid there. yet she stated she couldn’t find my account and I couldn’t pay there.

Horrible horrible horrible metro ever!!! I came in to pay my phone bill while there was only one girl working and when I walked in she was helping a man out purchasing a phone and case but not once did she acknowledge me and say hello, she was so rude! I stayed and waited more than 15 mins to pay my bill and not one time did she ask if I needed help. Metro needs to hire more people who are better at customer service and can acknowledge their customers as soon as they walk in and not ignore them for more than 15 mins. As of that day I have decided to switch cell phone lines and now I will be giving my service to atat!!! The women at this location need to be more nicer and acknowledge people or go work somewhere else where u don't have to talk to people.

Just switched to metro from boost mobile, purchased an iPhone 12 pro max, noticed a blue pixel that won’t go away, I went back the same day asked for an exchange, the phone is not in stock all of a sudden, I have to wait until Friday to see if they have another in stock. I asked if I could return the device and keep the metro service and phone number, they said no. I have to return everything in order to get a partial refund, I’m very disappointed. but I will wait until Friday to see how this develops.—-I will update this review as I see fit-Campos-Valles, Anthony——UpdateAfter leaving a complaint with the B.B.B a representative from T-mobile reached out to me and let me know he was on it and not to worry.The phone was replaced with in 72 hours, who know how this would have played out if I wouldn’t have left a complaint.

No customer service. Not wanting to do any unnecessary travel, I called the store to see if they could do what I needed. The woman who answered listened to one sentence from me and abruptly told me I need to come into the store. No yes/no/maybe, just come in here. I didn't give her any argument or try to talk sense to her. Just hung up and mentally crossed them off the list of possibilities. Thanks for nothing Ma'am!
