Make sure you demand a receipt before you leave. I bought 2 phones and 2 cases on 6/16/2024. I paid 540.00 and realized when I was going to return them that I never got a receipt. For 2 weeks I went up there just to told , only the employee that sold the phones could print it, then I was told the printers are down. Finally, I saw the person who sold me the phone and was told they couldn't access the invoices because Metro pcs changed the system. Conveniently, I was emailed the receipt on 6/30/2024 at almost closing so the window of opportunity was closed to return them. Not like it mattered because I still haven't gotten the hard copy. The receipt is a whole different story. Just be careful. I will update the status depending on how they handle this.
