Wow, after having that horrible experience at the imperial store with Mark (Do not go to imperial store). This store is much nicer! Both the guy and the girls were fabulous ?. Very helpful and they actually gave me options. Good job guys!!! I'll will come back here to hook up my daughter phone.

I don't know what's wrong with long beach metro PCs stores the one on cherry worst service ever. The one on Atlantic I got the phone and the glass shield was going to pay about $220 and they tell me they don't except debit or credit card. I walked out.

I was locked out of my phone and had to get it unlocked. Not only was I the only person in the store because it was closing but Ivan (the manager and Mark treated me with the gratesst customer servce anyone could give. They checked to get me the best discounts for my a phone needs.They stayed overtime making sure I was satisfied. I did get my phone unlocked and I also purchased a new phone and a tablet . Thanks Ivan and Mark. Stern's store in Long Beach.
