Do not buy ear buds from there best bet is to buy from Best Buy or Amazon every thing sounds like it came from temu it’s terrible & high priced . Save a buck & hit up Best Buy.

I went to get a new charger for my son. Wire and mount. The lady was nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, the charger didn't work on my phone. It was supposed to be a fast charger, but it wasn't fast at all. I called to inform them of my issue. It was the same lady who helped me earlier. Told me if I was able to go back. I was. She traded the charger out, gave me all new upgraded ones. She tried it there, and this one was charging the phone fast. I appreciate her solving my issue in a timely manner and her politeness. She was great. Thanks again.

My Family and I went to this location last week just before closing and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service. Far better then the typical Metro. Knowledgeable and personable, the associate did what he could to make sure we were well taken care of. From now on I will be going or out of my way to go to this location, great customer service!

Worker that works here is very VERY RUDE, Poor customer service, and NO people skills. The lady that work there didnt help me she just gave me a phone number to call to get my phone number tranfer, when fact she could of help me in the store. I go home make the call and in fact again metro customer service over the phone wanted me to go back into the store so that they can help me get a transfer pin number, . When like I said the lady in the store could’ve helped me could’ve helped me. this could’ve been avoided and it would’ve been. This was a real big inconvenience for me and and could’ve been avoided with customer service skills. I wouldn’t have went home just to make a call that she couldn’t help you with in the store instead of me heavy coming back to the store again. and then on top of that to deal with her bad attitude.I give this store over here in Long Beach on cherry 0 star. The redheaded lady was snobby, rude, and poor people skills.

Omg I have order 2 iphones last Sunday they haven't call me for to pick them up I already put deposit on it . I have call them they don't pick up

This is my favorite Metro store to go to because they are so helpful and knowledgeable about what they sell...I picked up an 8" tablet that was sale priced under $30...I also had lots of ?s about upgrading my fone n using the old fone for an extra line for only $5 per month...whatta deal!!!

There phones are garbage. They don't help you much. I left for Cricket. I got a nice iPhone for only $49.99. Don't waste time here.
