Pure lies, they no longer answer and I've been waiting 6 months for a response from a box I sent

Morning and Merry Christmas. I hope the owner or the manager can help answer some questions, please. Our store has been using Mexican Express Services for many years and all the packages have always been delivered. But, it has been over 2 months and our customer's packages have not been on the tracking system or no one has answered the phone when we call. I need some answers, please! We will be opening the store tomorrow December 26th, 2024 at noon.

I don't recommend them, they sent me a box 2 months ago and it never arrived, do not send your boxes to this company, your package does not arrive and they do not take care of it

SCAMMERS! 🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀
In mid-March they sent me 4 boxes worth $2,000 each, they commented that the shipment would take 3 weeks, 4 months have passed and I have only received 1 box, another one no longer appears in the system, and they stopped They answer calls and messages!

IT'S A BAD COMPANY. THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE THE BOXES THAT ARE SENT ARE, THEY LOSE THEM AND THEY DON'T TAKE CHARGE. THEY DO NOT HAVE A FORMAL OFFICE TO GO TO CLAIM.
AND THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS ONLY LIES TELLS ONE ABOUT THE BOX.
6 MONTHS AND THE BOX NEVER ARRIVED AT ITS DESTINATION. AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING WHAT IS LOST
