Well Jenna C. If your response to my review is sincere your employees should of told me that the grab bars were not returnable and that I should of not bought the bar until I knew the right size or brought my husband in to look at them before making the purchase and again your sales receipt does not reflect what your preaching and I was not aware it said all sales are final on most items till after I had purchased the item which is to late it should reflect what items are not returnable before you make purchase I wouldn't have bought it if I had known this like I said o asked the employee if I could return if it wasn't the correct size, I was trying to support brick and mortar stores in our neighborhood but to my dismay I won't ever go to this store again! I hope this brings light to everyone in our neighborhood don't buy from this store because they are not to be trusted.

My first time here and definitely will not be my last! Leaving on a trip to Nashville with my MIL the next day and, "broken wheelchair!" I desperately Yelped for medical equipment stores and found At Home Medical - and more importantly - the wonderful COLLEEN!! She had just one wheelchair that MIL loves left and I raced there to get it. The store was impressive. Filled with all the things we caregivers are happy to find - and then some. Colleen was super helpful, understanding of my needs, and so knowledgeable - it was a delight to find someone who really loves what they do! She even showed me the BEST electric/manual wheelchair that I can carry and FOLD! Got it for MIL's bday next month. Oh, and recommended awesome compression socks that worked like a charm for both me and MIL. Went back yesterday to get FIL a new walker for his biz trip! Our family will be a customer for life! Well, as long as Colleen is there - for sure! Ps. MIL had a blast at Grand Ole Oprey.

Larry I want to thank you so much for repairing my mom's scooter. The place that she had bought it from wanted a outrageous price for repairing, more than what she paid for it. Thank you again for being honest!

Bought a Nova walker for my mom at At-Home Medical. The selection and customer service was great. They took time to make sure the walker fit my mom properly, and showed her all the features of the unit. Overall great experience.

This place used be attentive to customers needs but unfortunately it has gone down hill. I don't know if it's new management or just the employees, but you have definitely lost my business. It's sad to say that I'd rather pay a higher price than to bring my business back because the other places are reliable and have much better communication skills. I guess I will just have to seek out other vendors/stores who can provide the services I need for my parent.

Recently, purchased a walker from this location, was able to see multiple walkers in their product selection which was great. The employee pulled a variety of products from the shelf to allow me to browse the selection. He did let me walk around the store with the product, that was really convenient. The employee was really helpful when asked for further assistance. He offered to carry the walker to my car, as I had been using crutches. A very pleasant experience.

We never know when you'll need health care or who to call for equipment. My wife had a bad fall and required emergency knee surgery. Fortunately she was released in time to attend our daughter's masters graduation The problem was finding way to attend with a leg that had to be supported straight out while seated.This company has the nicest people who ho set us up with a special chair that filled the bill!I didn't know what to ask for but after explaining situation, they knew and at a affordable priceHopefully we won't need anything for awhile but we know who to call first(PS-she is recovering nicely)

They didn't have what I needed but there was plenty of staff, plenty of merchandise, and plenty of knowledge. This is like a superstore for old timers. Huge amounts of mobility stuff and what look like very comfy lift chairs.

All of my mouthpieces for my nebulizer had been lost during a move. I called this place and asked if they happened to sell them. They said ,"Yes."I just got back home and will be able to have a beb treatment. This place is a lifesaver. Literally! Thank you, kind sir!

Great place, we went to buy ice packs and they have a great selection and some of the best ice packs we have ever used. Debra was so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this place. In fact I took my sister and her friend there as well. They loved how nice everyone was.

I'm so glad I found this place on line when looking for a scooter for my sister. The people here are very knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to try the scooters in the store to find the perfect fit for her and have it loaded in my car right then with no waiting. I highly recommend Mobul!

My vascular surgeon's office referred me to "the mobility store" for compression stockings and I couldn't be more appreciative. The warm welcome and efficient assistance I received was far superior to other suppliers I had tried. Cheryl was immediately pleasant and helpful. Ron helped to expedite the order process. Their experience with the products available made my choice so much easier. Post-purchase, their communication was as efficient and pleasant.
