Usually I dont write reviews. However, tonight i was shocked. I needed feminine products. I got to the store 15 min before it's closing time. The security had the gate half-way and was letting ppl out. I had to knock to have him let me in. I asked, "why are you guys closed, there still is 15 min till 10pm", he responded, "try to be quick, just trying to go home". He was not or anything, but the fact that you need something and you get to the store with enough time to get it to find out the gate/doors are closed, very unprofessional and discouraging as a customer. I have come to this store before snd usually it's not an issue. BUT this was not right. If they were in a hurry to go home they could've just announce to customers to bring their items to the front.

Been waiting in line for a Covid test for an hour , this is with an appointment. Still 3 cars in front of me. Appt was at 330, it's now 430. What is the point of an appointment if you still have to wait this long

Terrible service, had a covid vaccine scheduled. They were so disorganized. The pharmacist were running back and forth but would not communicate with us customers as to what the process was.we were left standing and the only person who addressed us was the pharmacy assistant/tech. To top it off they took someone who was behind me in line ahead of me to get the vaccine ,which I then overheard them talking alot seemed like they were family. I heard a mention that the person taken in front of me did not even have an appt.

Yesterday when I went into the pharmacy they were playing contemporary English light rock and roll throughout the store. This was a relaxing environment compared to the environment created by unknown language music that they were broadcasting over this store most of the time. Today I went in and it was back to the usual non-english music. I got enough nerve to ask the cashier why they changed back to non-english music and the reply was "because CVS is a Spanish owned store. I also noticed a beautiful charcoal Camaro with totally blacked out windows parked in the best parking spot in front of the front door last night. Today when I returned the same vehicle was parked in the same place. I asked the cashier if they knew who owned the beautiful Camaro in the front, The reply was "they're sitting in it right now". I was surprised and responded, really, since last night? The cashier said that the occupant sitting in the vehicle is a CVS employee and they park it there because they like to look at it all the time. So much for putting your customers first. The pharmacy staff in this store is quite good however. I really appreciate their services.

Worst service I have ever experienced from a CVS, I am currently still on hold for about 34 minutes now with no update no one coming on the line to even say that they are working on the request. This is how they are managing calls during this COVID crisis? You would think as a pharmacy they would apply new methods to assist patients remotely to avoid coming to the store for simple questions other than picking up medication.

Bad service, dirty bathroom. Told to pick up prescription through text , two times. When i called to verify it was there , I was told it won't be ready until march 16. I told the pharmacy I received two texts that it was ready . i am 65 and would have walked thereto get it. You think during this pandemic they would be more considerate of people and not expose them necessarily during this difficult time. No apologies or explanation why I received the two texts that it was ready. The store is disorganized. Advise finding another pharmacy to go to.

Can't contact anyone!! They're number is no good!!! Keep trying to call to pick up prescription and unable to get ahold of anyone SO FRUSTRATING

This is a great CVS, very friendly staff. They are currently going through a remodel, a much needed remodel, the store is looking great like new. The staff is always around asking if I need help. One of the best CVS stores in the area.

This CVS should just throw away they whole money gram . It's old as hell , slow , always trouble to send money or pay a bill it's so frustrating OMG tf mannnnnnnnnnnn
