The worst service i have ever received,the womens in the desk are very rude and very bad attitude,i tried to send money to mexico and the women send to wrong direcction,don't try to arguin with this women they are very rude

I had the worst service today, as I stood in line mind you there was no other customers, took the lady a minute or 2 to call me over, there was 2 other girls but the one who was supposed to be working was on her phone, she then rudely called me over and did her job upset as if she was being forced to. She hands me the receipt to sign and then snatched it away didn’t even let me finish my signature, and then went on to shove the other receipt though the opening. Never had this happen to me there before but the girls you have hired to work there lately are just plain rude.

The ladies at the desk are very slow. There was only one employee working. Other employee came after but she was not taking customers. Talking and doing so many things but taking customers. Long line and very slow.

Not actual MoneyGram but with another system that uses MoneyGram and charges more to transfer money than the actual MoneyGram. Wasted my time by telling me it’s the “actual MoneyGram,” and that’s the reason for the 1-star rating for not being honest on the phone and wasting 15 minutes of my time. Unprofessional..!

They open at 8am and close at 8pm. Money gram needs to fix these hours because surely the employees are getting yelled at, which i was told, by angry people about the hours posted. Get it together Google, money gram, or actusl location. Hope this helps change the hours for you all.
