The staff is polite and courteous. Lately I been helped by Angel he's polite and helpful. I usually go on Friday afternoon the working staff is friendly. The place is clean. It doesn't take much to pay a loan. Keep up the great work.

This place is a joke. Made me wait 30 min and called my boss to tell me at the end that they cant cash my check. Then why have me wait all that time and call my boss? Does not make sense. All those 5 star reviews are their friends. They will make u fill up something before they let u know if they can cash ur check. I believe there is something fishy going on since they collect your info. BEWARE!!

The line was fairly long when I got there even with all the windows available but it wasn’t the end of the world. Once I got to the window, I could tell it was just because all of the workers are just very thorough with their work. Tisha helped me and was nothing but patient and helpful in getting my money orders prepared. Would definitely return :)

Very disrespectful of the clientele!! Not in actual treatment but in terms of waiting lines. One teller working and I was cool with it until I noticed other employees coming from the back!!! If there is a line, address the line!!! Just my opinion and maybe this can be expected at a check cashing place? Next time I need to use Western Union to transfer money, it definitely won't be here!!!

Jose was a very nice gentleman who helped me out here. I went to two other cash checking places for the same check both times both the places had issues. Not here they did not make it complicated . I was in and out in five minutes and it was my first time there. Thank you jose.

DO NOT get a pay day loan from Ace. They make you write a post dated check. And then if you can't pay back the loan . . . They use that post dated check to file criminal charges against you... Saying that you intentionally defrauded a financial institution. They are currently threatening to file criminal charges against me and threatening to have me arrested and thrown in jail...over a debt I can't pay. Debtors prison is supposed to be illegal in this country. But these guys have found a way around it! Be careful and never write a post-dated check!
