So today I had the DISPLEASURE of dealing with an employee named IVAN. RODRIGUEZ is his last name according to what he yelled while telling me to report him! Yes! He doubled down on his bad attitude! So yeah I was waiting to get a body lotion which is locked up...after 5 minutes of watching employees constantly walk past me and other employees doing nothing I asked one where the person was who would open the glass. I had been pushing that red button 5 minutes now! So a worker says she'll get someone and 3 minutes later up walks Ivan with an attitude! He asks if I'm waiting for something and I said "yeah for bout 7 minutes now which is ridiculous" while I pointed at the lotion I wanted...so Ivan gets his key out and slams the glass open so hard it makes a loud noise and everyone looks at us...I said "whew don't break the glass and lose ur job" and he goes "I won't lose my job" I said "yes u will cuz I would have got cut" he said "so I still won't lose my job" ....i said "uhh yes u will" then he started to try n go back n forth with me like a kid with their mom!...told me to report him and all! He looked like he was high and hasn't washed his face for 2 days! Eyes all red, pants saggy, hairs a mess, face dirty! So yeah that's what I'm going to do! I got time today! I will be contacting Walmart corporate to report IVAN RODRIGUEZ!

I purchased a TCL Roku tv from Walmart online on 3/21 and picked it up from the Long Beach location off South St. When I got the tv home, I noticed a glitch when I opened the Netflix app. I tried multiple ways to fix the error over a 2 day span of time but was unsuccessful so I issued a return on the app and attempted to take the tv back. When I arrived at the Long Beach location on South St., the systems were down in the customer service area so they told me to try returning it at the Lakewood location on Carson St. When I arrived at the Lakewood location the lady at the customer service area was unprofessional in the way she spoke, unhelpful with my return and told me I needed to return the tv at the store I purchased it from. The next day I took it back to the South St. Location and the manager in the customer service area was just as unhelpful. She was asking me interrogating questions assuming I was trying to do something shady by returning the tv. I tried explaining that the tv was defective and I just wanted to exchange or return the tv for one that worked. When I showed her my original proof of purchase confirmation, she said I needed to call the manufacturer. When I asked to speak with her manager, another lady named Melanie came to help. Melanie took the time to listen to me, understand that I received a defective tv, saw that I purchased the tv just a few days ago and that I had the original receipt. She did everything she could to help me return the tv and get a new one. Melanie should be acknowledged for her excellent customer service. I wish I could say that Melanie's customer service changed my mind about shopping at Walmart, but to be honest, I won't be shopping at Walmart in the future.

This Walmart is f-ing ridiculous!!! Especially the bakery section. This cake is NOT AT ALL WHAT I ASKED FOR!!! This looks like something a 5 year old would make!!! I spoke to Akisha from the bakery and she didn't listen to a damn word I asked for. I asked for boarders, she gave me none. I asked for the sprinkles on the side. This is what I get...not to mention that messed up part was already there when I picked it up...

I should've rated it a zero the security guard kept following me around and keep in mind I'm an adolescent he can follow me and pointing at me, the cop was White. I am a tan Mexican, and he did not stop looking at me or following me around I should've taken a picture of him, but he was acting very weird and I do not feel comfortable.

I went to Walmart I got my groceries as usual then I got chips and when I went home and got the chips the chips were in crumbs and there was a green bag inside

Visited to buy a small dog crate. They only had one. Brought it home but didn't realize it didn't have a door until we were setting it up. Attempted to exchange it at another Walmart that had a complete crate in stock but they wouldn't accept the crate since it was incomplete. Returned it back to this location.

This is our go to Walmart since February of 2021. We know more or less where everything is now too so we hardly ever struggle finding stuff. They have lots of self check out stations too so we never really have to wait in line, unlike other Walmarts. BRING BACK WALMART BEING OPEN 24 hours!

My go to Walmart.It's a mid sized Walmart. The employees have never had an attitude, and most of them seem to really like working here. I've noticed that this Walmart usually stays stocked with traditional necessities.

This Walmart may not please anyone in the aesthetics department but it excels in customer service. First, the pickup area staff was prompt and friendly, helpful and pretty great! Then we entered the store to meet friendly greeters. While needing assistance with directions, every employee was not only helpful but totally accurate. We immediately got through checkout smoothly. This really helped save time. Same smiling people upon leaving.Walmart can be surprising with the availability of some hard to find items and good prices. Two well worn tee shirts purchased in a Walmart some years back are still in great shape. Comparable but much more expensive Nordstrom items often don't fare as well. I wouldn't advise using Walmart's online chat to resolve questions. Talk to a person. But that is corporate and not reflective of this well run Super Center.

There used to be a Wal-Mart downtown and this one seems far from home. Last time I went with my child there was a dead racoon on the parking lot from everyone to see. When we got out same animal there no one went and remove it. My child ask it it was sleeping.

Huge store, parking lot can be a challenge finding a Good spot but I usually luck out. Prices are going up everywhere but I can always count on grabbing a few things that I need without breaking the bank. Found chicken wings and and thighs for such a Great price. Who needs a reason to BBQ!? Check out (do it yourself) is quick and painless.

Just went to make my usual purchases which always includes more than intended. Don't expect much out of management but had to leave. No in person cashiers was the final straw for me. Luckily there is a Winco across the street.
