I went in to pick up two prescriptions, I was told one would be ready the next day. Three days later the pharmacy was closed regardless of posted pharmacy hours. Went in today, now four days later, apparently they don't stock it and have to order it in!!Seems like that should've been done when my order was first Placed by the doctor.

I normally wouldn't review a CVS ... most are neither good nor bad... they just are .. they simply quietly exist without much fuss... and that's ok. but this one is certainly an exception! I came in frantic on a Friday evening, looking for some last minute party supplies. Not only did Nancy help me find what I needed, she was so patient as I ran back and forth from aisle to register with more stuff like a chicken (in heels) with its head cutoff. The photo printing services were quick and reliable too! Thank you for saving the day!!

Bau Nguyen, the pharmacist, is the reason I go to this pharmacy. He is attentive, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and he treats me like a person. I've never had a better pharmacist in my life. He's also very funny and I know that's a very stressful job, but he is always kind and available. CVS is so lucky to have him.

I had a prescription filled here and had a consult with the pharmacist. I took the pills for an entire month and came back to get it refilled a month later. I got home and realized the pills were different than the ones I had previously taken, I check the bottle and the first prescription was the WRONG MEDICATION. I had been taking the WRONG pills for a month! I went back and had them look up the receipts and photos and sure enough, they gave me the wrong pills but had the correct paperwork/labels on the bottle. How does this happen!? All they said was "sorry". Thank god I didn't die or have something terrible happen to me.

Came here for my Covid booster. Made an online appointment. Was able to check in via text. I was in and out in 15 minutes. It's a very busy pharmacy but the people are nice and it's convenient for parking.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here to fill 4 medications my son needs to take immediately for an infection. It took over an hour to fill 3 of the 4 (which the doctor called in previously) while my son was waiting in the car with his dad. No urgency, I had to go back to the counter 3 different times and still need to go back tomorrow when the antibiotics he needs come in.

This place charged $45.00dollars for a prescription that GoodRx has COSTCO and Walmart advertising for $2.00.They were more interested in selling flu shots than in hearing what the customer had to say

They gave me someone else's medication and when I realized it a month later thank god it didn't kill me. They were so flippant and disregarded me and never made it right or even really acknowledged the mistake. Called 3 times but no return call from lead pharmacist. Unacceptable and I was and probably still should be pursuing legal action.

Second time I get a prescription filled here they are super lazy they make you wait. They're not on top of their job. I kept calling the medical office and they kept saying they were communicating with CVS but CVS was just making everything very difficult.

There's a new main pharmacist and he's very rude. One of the pharmacist under him hung up on me. I have serious anxiety and depression. The previous pharmacist would refill my prescriptions two days early so I ever worried if there were some months I needed my prescription w few days early. However- this new pharmacist has a hard NO policy. Which is fine if I was aware of this change. They made me feel like I'm a drug addict because I was requesting my prescription a few days early (which I get it a few days late as well because sometimes I don't use as many). My doctor called and said "she felt like they were lying to her" because the said they never received the prescriptions originally and her team confirmed that she personally talked to someone. It was at least 10 Calls to my doctor then the pharmacist to get this straightened out but the pharmacist didn't care and was going to do whatever he wanted to do. It felt like he was retaliating because of my disappointment. It's was TERRIBLE. Even when my doctor approved getting my prescriptions two days earlier was fine. I've been going to this pharmacist for at least 5 years now and it's unfortunate that the new head pharmacist feels like he can treat patients this way. After my final refills here I unfortunately have to find a new pharmacy.

I've never come across more rude, inconsiderate and controlling pharmacists than the ones at this location. To start off, they never answer their phone. I waited on hold for 20 minute at a time for over 90 minutes, and not a single person answered to even put me on hold. I finally called the front asking if the pharmacy was either closed, busy, or no one available to answer phone calls. She assured me they were there with not many waiting, and that I would be transferred over while she would also inform them someone was waiting to be answered....STILL nothing. I had just had a procedure and was unable to go into the pharmacy to wait. I had to send my husband in to request my refill and wait. I had been visiting this pharmacy monthly for 4 years until the manager, Rose, who I believe is still is the acting manager despite taking a leave of absence at one point came on board. She is the most impolite, controlling and inconsiderate pharmacist I have ever met. The fact that she hasn't had her license revoked yet is astonishing. Every single month I was greeted with the worst attitude and arrogance. She has control issues when it comes to medications and thinks she is above doctors. It's truly laughable. I finally had to call corporate in which her own boss gave me her direct number to call if I ever had issues arise with her again. Lo and behold, I did. It got so bad after trying for three months that I had to take my business elsewhere and never come back. This woman will not keep her job if she continues to discriminate and treat patients like she does, and upon reading other reviews it seems as though this pharmacy still has a reputation for treating patients poorly CVS needs to do better. If this reaches at least one person, I advise you to go elsewhere.

This a newer CVS store with it's own parking lot next door to Gelson's, across the street from In and Out Burger and Whole Foods and a shopping mall and close to the beach and marina. What more could you want from a location? The store was well stocked and organized. I had to ring the buzzer to get someone to open the glass case that has the Sonicare Brush Heads in it. They keep them locked up because they are a big theft item. Long beach gangs like to steal them. Bet you didn't know that preventing cavities is important to criminals. When you ring the buzzer--an announcement comes on loud over the store PA system: "Associate please respond to the dental care section to assist a customer." I waited 3 minutes and can see the entire store and no one was moving--there was no one else in the store except me. I could not even see any employees. So I rang it again, the announce comes on--wait 2 more minutes and this guy comes over and opens the cabinet and tells me to take my time inspecting the brush heads. At the register the woman was Sooo nice. I had a coupon, but she tells me that I should combine that with another coupon that I have to get a bigger discount? I tell her I don't think you can do that--you have to pick the best CVS coupon and use only one. No? She says "let's try." So she scans my coupon and then another one and it's not working. It only gives one discount. It was nice she wanted to help out even if it did not work. Very pleasant people work here. It's a really nice new store.

I stopped here today to get a few things. It's been a very long time since I've been in a CVS. There were some employees in the isles; they tend to ignore you, but oh well...I don't need their help. I was so impressed to see two self check-outs at this store. I was so shocked. That makes this experience great. Since they have self check-out, I will be stopping by this store more often.

I have been going here for years and recently got in a car accident. If you need anything stronger then advil for pain do not go to this pharmacy. They treat everyone like they are drug addicts. There are normal people out there that are not addicts and might need a stronger medicine for the pain. They are very unfriendly and treat you with great disrespect. I do not recommend nor will I every go back. I spoke to the store manager on how I was treated and don't think he was interested in what I had to say. It is very sad how normal people cant get the help they need because some have taken such great advantage of our system. Must we treat everyone like criminals?
