I filed a claim through Assurant with t-mobile and was guided to go here for a screen replacement. When I got there the worker said the back of my phone needed to be replaced as well because one of the corners was a bit cracked and it would no longer be secure against water. Was a bit hesitant to get it replaced as he was charging me an additional $70 just for the back phone cover. I ended up agreeing, left for about and hour and a half and came back. He gave me back a phone with a silver edge, which I thought was strange as my phone was all black but he said he replaced that part for free. The phone looked okay so I left. Once at home I realized the back was not completely aligned with the rest of the phone, kind of like if it needed to be clicked in. Within a week the back of the phone was cracked. No major falls, no accidents, all while using a phone case. Now, less than a month in the glass of two of the cameras has fallen off. Never had I had issues with my camera. Luckily I noticed when they came off and glued one back by myself but now a second one has fallen.

Very bad service, they take longer than agreed, and listen to how they respond more to more than one person. I don't recommend this place.

I recently had my screen broken/malfunction not cracked so I went to t-mobile for insurance and they had me go to CPR Cell Phone Repair by Assurant in Long Beach for about 1.5 hours and it got fixed but they guy gave me my phone back with the back not flush. So I went back 10 minutes later and waited 45 minutes. And it still wasn't fully closed. And a few minutes later it just completely popped off. T-Mobile wants me to go back to him but I don't trust him to fix it.

I got a cracked screen replaced on my Galaxy Note8 through the Assurant warranty. $29 deductible.They are an authorized Assurant repair location. I filed the claim with Assurant, paid $29 over the phone, and they scheduled me right then for about a week out. It took about 90 minutes. I walked down to the corner KFC for lunch while my phone was getting a new screen. Super satisfied!!

It only took an hour to fix my screen which was cool, but after I left I started to notice that the lighting on my screen was off like a yellowish tone to it and it would turn like a greenish tone when I would lower the brightness too low. I ended up just doing a claim for a whole new replacement

Brian was great! I had issues with Assurant assigning me to a different location and Brian was able to switch me over to his location in Long Beach very quickly. Repair took about an hour to fix and looks great! I recommend the Long Beach location. Very clean and organized. I will definitely come back here for future repairs. Thank you again!

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I called on a Saturday afternoon to get my screen replaced. He told me what time to be there by and I was there. Because it was an insurance claim he told me he couldn't do it he thought I was a walk in cash customer. He proceeded to tell me that if I gave him a $100 cash he would do it today. Obviously very shady and dishonest business. Come to find out he was the owner. Contacted my insurance Carrier and they told me that the procedure to fix the screen is the same. The owner was just trying to profit off my rush to fix my phone.

On Feb 20th I took my phone to this store for a screen repair. I was referred to them by assurant my coverage company. left it there for 1 hour so they could "fix" my cracked screen. An hour later I returned. I took my phone and got on with my day. Less than a week after I notice, my whole screen is coming out. Assurant sent me back to this store to get it repaired as it was their mistake. On Tuesday 2/28 I took my phone AGAIN to them for the issue with the screen they had installed. the owner/manager asked me to come back 3 hours later, which I did, and my phone was still not fixed. He then told me that if he tried fixing it, he would crack the screen, and I needed to file a new claim?? This man wanted me to use My insurance money to pay for a second screen for a mistake made by his store.. he offered me store credit ( great deal right) and proceeded to tell me he was an apple certified technician. I guess this is why my android was not fixed properly.

I rarely go to mom and pop shops. And now I understand why , although it was my wrong doing in the situation by trying to fix it myself prior, it was still one of the worst experiences I've had with any business ever , but I met one of the coolest white guys I've ever met although he told me about 4 different names it's all good in the hood. Much love nonetheless
