Can't express enough how having quality service after having a flat is so important. Dustin and Anthony helped with not just fixing my issues with my tire but the headache of trying to figure out what else I needed while I was in. Haven't had great service like this in a long time. Highly recommend to any one in the area.!

Waited 20 minutes for front desk employee Dustin to check us in for an oil change. We left because he was busy submitting his time sheets, then took two phone calls to schedule further appointments while we sat there waiting.

In town from NorCal and was getting vibrations on my ride down. Karl got me in and out within an hour and even rotated my tires at no charge. Very clean shop. My son goes to college in LB and if he has any vehicle issues, I now know where to send him.

I’m writing this review specifically because of the great customer service I received from David at this location. I had an issue at a different Mt. View and brought it here to be resolved. David’s sense of urgency and expertise were truly top-notch! Couldn’t have asked for more, thank again David!

Excellent customer service! The Assistant Manager David Woods is very knowledgeable and treated every customer who walked in or called with courtesy and respect. The shop is very clean!

Came in and got new tires and David knocked it out of the park. Was up front on the tires I needed and even told me 2 of the tires were good. Went above and beyond with everything.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30 am. Two hours later, they called to let me know they have began working on my car. Just before 2:00pm, I got a call that my car was finally ready. If you have 4 1/2 hours to spare for an oil change, this is the place for you. Staff did not even bother to apologize. Will very likely not be returning.

This is the best auto shop to come to! As a woman who knows nothing about cars, it can be nerve racking to get your car worked on. Always worried about them up-charging you or making you feel stupid. But this place does not do that. Carl and Dustin are so friendly and helpful. If you're coming in to get your car worked on, you most likely are already having a bad day so it's refreshing to have nice people at this shop. Absolutely excellent customer service and their work matches it, it's the only place I'll go to!

Is it customary for employees working behind the counter to act patronizing and condescending to their customers? Or was it just my luck?I made an appointment online to get a nail in my tire taken care of. The tire was not flat, but since I put in quite a bit of mileage and with two little ones in tow, I didn't want to risk a compromising situation on the road. So, I googled the closest tire repair location closest to me, and made an appointment hoping to get this resolved within my lunch hour.I sat outside and watched how my vehicle was, indeed, pulled into the garage right around my scheduled appointment time (12:30), but when the hour mark came and went and I could still see my vehicle suspended -with two tires off (when I spotted the nail in just one) I began to worry something else was wrong. After all, I only came in for a quick patch, not a whole tire replacement. When I asked one of the individuals behind the counter ( don't know his name, he's older and missing teeth) how much longer it was going to take, since I'd checked in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and it was already close to the two hour mark, he proceeded to mansplain how appointments work, because apparently I asked for that patronizing breakdown, and he even had the nerve to compare their services to a doctor's appointment, except "doctors work with human blood and we work with brown blood". Uhh what?I didn't express this in the moment to the gentleman, because I was kinda speechless ,but his response to my question (which, by the way, I didn't ask in a rude or demanding voice) left me feeling pretty shitty. Humiliated, I took a seat and shut up because after all, what was I supposed to do? I was by myself, I needed to get this resolved, and it's not like I could drive away. In retrospect, I realize my mistake was not explicitly sharing the limited timeframe I was on, and asking if it would take a long time. All I asked the person who checked me in (who was very courteous, by the way) was if it would be an easy fix, to which he responded that it would be up to the technician to determine. Ok, fair. I don't think it's a tall order to ask what the status of your vehicle is, more so when you've been waiting two hours , and when you get treated like you did something wrong by asking for the status on your vehicle repair. I am glad the technician who helped me was kind and not at all condescending, but this older gentleman...man, what is his problem ? What's the point of being demeaning, instead of answering a simple question? I wish there was a separate review for just his lack of customer service skills. The stars I'll give to the technician and the person who checked me in.

I'll start by saying that Dustin and his team are top class. I went in with a slow leak on a tire of mine and they noticed some unusual dangerous wearing on all of them. We ultimately decided to go with a brand new full set where they walked me through all my best options in detail (pros/cons). The big curveball was that my tire lock was lost and instead of turning me away they took the extra effort in finding out the best possible solution to getting them off without damaging the vehicle. I will 100% be going back for any future problems with my vehicles as they were AMAZING to work with.

Mountain View Tire & Auto Service has serviced both of my cars in the past two days for me, and previously), and I can say that two days in a row I got great service from both Karl & Dustin. They were friendly, explained the issues and didn't try to sell me something extra. Even when I brought my car in previously and I mentioned something that Honda had recommended, they checked my car and it didn't need it. My cars run great. They are ethical and take pride in their work. This morning when I dropped my car off I overheard a conversation with a customer who was really worried about their car, and I heard the compassion in the conversation. It's a great neighborhood shop.

This place was so awesome. I went in for a cooling system issue. The manager was beyond helpful. While they could've just gave me an estimate for repair. They were honest and straight forward and advised that I may be under warranty and even offered not to charge me for the pressure test. I insisted to pay for the work. It was worth every cent to be given piece of mind and knowing what my options were. The entire staff was extremely friendly, not just to me, but to every customer that came in. They clearly take pride in their work and put the customer first. While I can get my current repair done under warranty, there's no doubt I will becoming here for future car needs. Definitely will be recommending Mountain View to friends and family.
