You can tell when people take such pride in their jobs — they even wrapped the remote controls like they were made of glass. They were careful to not damage anything and protect the carpets, etc. - we really appreciated it. Very glad we chose this company and that these two guys came and handled the packing!”
“I was moving my three bedroom apartment to Dubai as I was relocating for work. I shopped around extensively and Blue sea was the best price all in. . They arranged pick up from my apartment in Los Angeles and dealt with my needs and help personally, Their communication was always prompt and they made sure I always knew what was going on with my stuff. The staff professionally and personally packed all of my stuff that needed packing and had created solutions to figure out how to fit everything in an efficient way. “Hi Tek did our move from California to Australia. We moved quite a few times and used other moving companies before and Hi Tek is by far THE BEST! Here is why: 1) they are punctual. We set-up the date via email. Their moving coordinator called the day before and the day of the moving confirming the time. 2) They are fast! They came in with 5 guys and boxed a 2/2 apartment in less then 5 hours. 3) They are organized! Every box properly packed, numbered and labeled. To understand how important this is, let me tell you a little story about a couple of airhead clients... a day after our stuff was packed we realized we forgot our passaports inside the safe box that was already boxed and taken. Desperation set in as we were flying to Australia in 2 days and no passport = no trip. We contacted HiTek and they were super accommodating. They had the exact box where the safe was ready for us to get our passaports back and thanks to their organization we made to our flight with no delays! We are now Hi Tek clients for life!! Thanks HiTek!”

“Tay (from the U-Haul in Paramount/Long Beach) was AMAZING!!! I’m so grateful she was there to help us!! Moving is a lot, and you’re bound to forget things… I forgot the locks on our U-Haul boxes (which were already up and loaded!) Thankfully, Tay was SUPER understanding and EXTREMELY helpful! So much so that when TWO of my locks didn’t work, she gave me replacements! I just can’t express how grateful I am that she was so willing to not only bring down one box, but THREE boxes because I couldn’t remember which one wasn’t locked. So amazing!!! What started as a bad day ended great with her kindness! Thank you, Tay!!! We are so appreciative!!!”

So two days after writing this review I went to make a payment on my brother's storage unit after my disability was reinstated. Found out the unit 591 was completely emptied. Everything I owned that was so precious to me, gone. Including my work clothes which I placed in there temporarily while on medical leave. I am a flight and have been working out of state. I attended the unit every month generally and had no control over the situation. Yes my brother delayed payments on his unit. I decided I would not letbthis come between us. I just have to rebuild my life. I am just thankful I took my instruments and my hard drive out. Unfortunately all my art, paint, canvases, yarn and dresses I designed and crocheted with my two hands are all gone. All my Billie Eilish merch, Family photos and so much more. No beds or dressers or furniture. Just all my clothes and professional items.”
