Just tried calling to get a price for cleaning curtains. The lady answered and asked me questions about my garments, but as I was looking up the measurements (it took me less than a minute to find it) and as I was about to tell her, she said she had a customer and had to let me go because she needed to help them. I told her I can hold and wait, as I didn’t want to drive all the way there and find out it’s too expensive for me to afford. She said OK, put me on hold, then immediately hung up on me after less than a minute.
They don’t care about getting new customers apparently. Very rude service and liars. Don’t tell me that I can hold but then hang up…

I’ve been to many different cleaners and it’s hard to find a good cleaner that does a good job but urban cleaners did an amazing job. I have a lot of nice clothes and polo shirts. I brought them 28 pieces. Some of the clothes had really old stains. they got everything out. Did a fantastic job. I definitely highly recommend them.

I used Urban Dry Cleaners to clean 2 of my leather jackets. The staff was very kind and handled my items with care. Drop off and pick up was really smooth and I felt taken care of. I will definitely be returning here in the future!

This has to be my number one Dry Cleaning place in the entire city... My clothes have never been treated better until I started using Urban Dry Cleaners.
The whole process is seamless from picking up from my home to dropping it off at my house. Jarett is an amazing asset to this company...
Furthermore, the close is handle with such incredible care. All of my closes designer and different materials between cashmere, silk As well as cotton.
I have never happier with a dry Cleaning company. Keep up the great work five stars all the way around.

I recently used Urban Dry Cleaners and was very impressed with their service. The staff was friendly and professional, and they took the time to understand my specific needs. My clothes came back spotless and neatly pressed, even delicate items like my silk blouse. They also completed everything on time, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair for the quality of work, and the overall experience was excellent. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!!
