Got a pedicure the other day and everyone was so sweet! It was $23 plus tip for a regular pedicure and so far it's been holding up great. They played soothing music and were very gentle. Overall, it was nice and quick with a pretty outcome. I'll definitely be coming back.

Came in as a walk-in around 6:15 on a Wednesday. They were able to accommodate me and did such a nice job on my gel manicure. They didn't have the color that I originally picked in gel, I think if I had chosen to go dip they would have. I ended up choosing a different more vibrant color, and it came out nice. The shape of the nails were even and the location is very clean! The staff is also very warm and happy to do your nails to your liking. They also play relaxing music in the background so it's a peaceful environment overall. Love supporting local shops.

I walked in for my appointment in time 5PM 8-9-23. Two technicians made eye contact with me and turned away. I proceeded to pick my polish color and sat down. The longer I sat w/o being acknowledged, it was clear that the lack of customer service would have me to get up and walk out. I phoned the shop from the parking lot and in the first ring someone answers and offers to assist in the manager’s absence. My daughter goes here regularly. I wish she would not henceforth. I plan to tell others to avoid this business especially because other professional salons wit staff who have etiquette, are too numerous.
You lost my business and I hope others will choose differently after reading this post.

I hate leaving negative post for a business, but this salon really needs work. Nailpolish has always been a hit and miss and I've always given it second chances. Especially when I'm short on time, it's been convenient because there's rarely ever a wait. Now I know why. I went in for a fill. Less then 24hrs later one of my nails broke off. When I called and explained what happened and that I was coming in I was not told I would be charged for a poor job done in the first place. I did nothing out of the ordinary or hit my nail on anything. It literally just flew off. As soon as I sat down the tech (Tina..not sure what he name is) asked what I did to break my nail. She did not take responsibility for her poor job and told me it was my problem not theirs. The cost wasn't my concern, it was the principal. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. I suggest going down the street to Swan Nail instead.

I used to really like them. Yet, I noticed how they don't paint my nails all the way to the bed so that I can keep coming back faster. I will find a new place. Ladies are nice. Yet, I feel my nails should last longer than a week and a half.Services: Pedicure

Service is unmatched! Staff is sooo friendly and they give the BEST pedicures ever. Definitely my go-to nail salon when I want to give my feet some extra TLC!

Thank you Trina and Juliane for being so sweet, accommodating, and easy to talk to, even though I was a walk in and I got lost driving to the nail salon. I love the decor! I also love my fall nail set that I found off of Pinterest that Juliane was able recreate with our own twist on it. I was in such a rush, that I forgot to ask for the massage and lotion that came with manicure. I'll definitely come back next time for the experience again.

Just visited for the first time today. I felt very welcome as soon as I walked in. Trina was my technician and she did amazing work on my nails and was super friendly. She did her best to communicate with me and I really appreciated the effort she made. Overall, the entire vibe is amazing and I definitely plan on coming again.

I called to see if the shop had room/time for a very regular, basic mani-pedi. I was told 5:30, arrived by 5:35pm, and wasn't seen until just after 6pm. I didn't mind the wait and didn't ask how long it would be, but also didn't expect the service to be rushed. The technician was nice, though she mentioned while doing the polish that she "makes a lot of mistakes." The issue was with the technician overseeing payment/phones/front desk. Half way through painting my toes she told my technician to switch with her, only to rush through the rest of my pedicure and pull the foot rest out from under my feet without any warning. Then, while the other technician was still painting my hands, she said I should pay (it was clear she had just checked out the other customer and I was the last one now) and kept asking where my card was. I asked for a fan to dry my nails at least for a few minutes before reaching in my purse and she began to look in my purse to retrieve my card for me. I have certainly asked for help reaching for something at other shops, but this was my first time here and it would have been common courtesy to ask if I even wanted assistance before beginning to poke around in my purse. I had to loudly repeat "Please stop going through my purse" twice and she only walked to the back of the shop. I put on my shoes and paid, thanking my technician and giving her a tip directly. I was charged an unadvertised extra $2 for use of a debit card. My nails chipped within 3 hours of this service. The rushed customer service is a dealbreaker for me. Total was still $50, so I recommend taking your money elsewhere. I was also told by this pushy employee that the French tip I originally requested was too complicated. It was clear she was not thrilled to have yet another customer today -- noted and I am glad to not return.

Excellent service and very thorough! I had a pedicure and gel manicure. Great choice of colors!
