Great customer service, and I love the short walk from the gate to the counter. No Emerald Executive Aisle, but you don't miss it. The cars are right beside the counter. Super quick and easy. The only problem is I cannot, for the life of me, get through to anyone by calling the local number. I left my makeup bag on the floor in the front passenger seat upon returning the car. My 15 year old just gifted it to me for my birthday, along with all of the makeup inside of it. The website lost and found process is not returning any results, but this location is so small and personal, I know that I could just speak to someone live, they would find it. I am so sad. There's also a fake diamond tennis bracelet in there my mother in law just gave me. I'm so sad. Please please return it. I will send you a prepaid FedEx packing label or UPS. Please respond.

Another car rental place would not let me rent because I had a debit card and not a credit card although the car was prepaid. Then did a soft credit check. (BUDGET)1000s miles from home and needled a car rental. Went to National and no issues easiest place I been for a car rental, good price and great service. Especially Randy at Long Beach Airport. I highly recommend only using National for car rental.

As an Executive Elite member, I am now considering going with another company after the treatment I've had with this location. I left my house and car keys in my rental over a week ago and NO ONE has contacted me to return them. I am in a constant cycle of emails (unreturned), voice messages (unreturned) and phone numbers that put me on hold, then hang up! I'm then told that there are no phone direct numbers to talk to an actual person! I've filed a claim on lost and found to no avail! This is absolutely ridiculous! I am now in another state and rented another car from national. After telling them what happened, they were not able to assist either! Thankfully, I have a week left before returning home, maybe this review will draw attention to someone who can send my keys to me!!! I have never seen such incompetence! Customer Service does not exist? Why is this so difficult?

I rent from the LB location A LOT. And DeAndre is my favorite guy there. So kind and friendly. I look forward to dropping off my car. As funny as that sounds. It's just nice to see a friendly face and he always remembers my name.

The car was nice and clean decently. Process was easy and smooth from start to finish. Customer service was mid at best. First time renting from national so not sure if they are known for their customer service. Would definitely rent again.

Rented an SUV for a Company trip. Had to wait for my vehicle even after showing up later than scheduled. Vehicle was upgraded without an extra cost. ?

Appreciated the help front start to finish I arrived and the car wasn't ready however after a brief wait I was taken well care of. At drop off diondre was so sweet and nice. He takes care of you and makes you appreciate why you use National. Keep up the good work.
