Just picked up my girlfriends car from there ,it was insurance job ,while waiting for original parts took them almost 2 weeks .Dude ..it looks brand new again , polished to the perfection. People are really friendly and nice , offered me coffee didn't mind I smoked my cigarette .Then I decided Google this spot and I was surprised how many bad reviews there is ...looks like competitors putting all this fake reviews on .... haha ,don't trust me ...scroll down and you will find user with name Classic Collision lmao he gave few body shops bad rep , rest of the reviews done by him and his people. If you still , hesitate just go and check on cars they have already done and ready to pick up.✊#1 Customer service I deserve , taking my own car there soon, for touch up .Thanks Lisa thanks J and God Bless !

Pay attention to your car .. I feel like some of my parts were changed to older parts.parts that didn't need to be changed. They are all scratched up ..I never scratched the inside of my door panels.. they also left a few details that needed fixing..so I'm really not a fan of this place.. I've been waiting for a call back it's been two weeks now and nothing.. I will call again on 12 -18-23 and really make a bigger complaint to the manager..????

The work they do is good, but they take forever. They tell you it will be ready in 2 weeks(which I think is too much) and at the end they took 5 weeks ,,5 long and expensive 5 weeks when you have to rent a car to go to work.

Awful just awful. Took my car in to have my roof replaced. Had to wait 2 weeks to bring it in and it took them 5 months to fix it after constant phoning and, "It'll be ready next week, no the week after I mean, no no the end of the month for sure." its ridiculous. Was first told they couldn't find the part. When I called 2 weeks later its "Oh no we have it we're just having issues with your insurance" News to me?!?!?!? Maybe call and let me know about the delay or something. Then nothing for a month. No call or update just nothing until I called them. Im told the part they got sent was wrong and they needed to reorder it. Fine stuff like that happens so I wait, "Got sent the wrong part again" ok "Oops wrong again!" ... They could not find the part and told me "Its out of our hands Maybe you can call and see what's going on?" Dumbfounded is the best word to describe the feeling I felt after hearing that. But I shouldn't've been surprised, they never called me about updates so why should I expect them to do the bare minimum and call about my part. Queue months of waiting with no definitive answer on when im getting the part and finally I have to settle for A USED PART IN A DIFFERENT COLOR. Awesome glad I waited almost half a year to get my car back in the wrong condition. But the cherry on top? When I finally called (yes I STILL had to call to get the update on my car being done, shocker.) They didn't finish the detailing. Told me I should get it the next day maybe. And I do finally pick it up,(still didn't call me to tell me it was ready) all my stuff is tossed in the trunk including a little trash can they didn't bother to check if empty and sunglasses that are now scratched up. To top that off, as if it couldn't get worse, they messed up my steering wheel. Its dirty as f*ck, there's a gash in the leather grip some how, and all the chrome is ruined as its flaking so bad it comes off in my hands while driving. They had the audacity to say "oh well when you brought it in it was kinda already like that" No dumb*ss, I brought it in with a slight imperfection to the wheel. I got it returned with most of the chrome gone. All in all a terrible experience A 5 min google search pops up many listings for a headliner and calling these sites for info confirm they had them in stock and could ship overnight. They don't do their jobs. Waste of time and everyone should avoid this place. They don't give two shits about you and you can very clearly hear it in their tone of voice. Half the time its sounds like they forget their at work its sad. Couldn't be bothered to remember who you are even if you called and hour ago. And zero sense of agency. Fire Claira or Carla or whatever her name and the rest of the girls in the front office is and get some ppl in there who actually care and know what their doing. But better yet just stay away and save yourself the headache. I should have listened to the 1 star reviews and hopefully whoever reads this does too.

Do not take your care here unless you want to wait weeks and weeks expecting your car just to find out you have to bring it back and leave it for a few more weeks. They ordered wrong interior parts and then received flawed part, then waited again for the right parts to bring my car back to wait again 2 weeks because they broke more trim parts on take down and still had to paint the door and wait to dry in the middle of the second week. Still waiting on my car, at first they said pick up on Monday, then Tuesday and now they are saying it will be ready tomorrow on Wednesday. Do not take your car here unless you want smoke blown up your @$$.

I got my car done by number one auto about a year ago because someone crashed into me. The moment I got my car back after not having it for 2-3 months turns out they damaged my car more at the body shop trying to say I did that damage & etc. thankfully I had proof of how my car looked before it got turned into the body shop. Day by day I noticed my Bluetooth on my Honda accord wasn’t working anymore & my car started giving me more problems , my paint is chipping away by its self.Services: Tires

I was sent here by Mercury Insurance to get an estimate on my car because of damage done by a Mercury insured driver. Very nice body shop with nice and polite staff. The only downside is the parking is very bad on the street. But I'd definitely recommend this place.

This place is terrible! I took my car in on Aug 8th and they originally said it would take 2 weeks to finish my repairs. Well today is the 28th and I still don't have my car!!! They are full of it people, please do not take your car to these scammers! Now they said it will be ready by the 30th, yeah right...I don't believe it. To top it all off they failed to call me with any updates about my vehicle so I had to take a trip down to the shop to see someone about it...they are very unprofessional and will not return my calls and they all play dumb. I need my car ASAP, it really should not take nearly a month to repair a fender bender. After writing this review and reading the previous reviews, I will be calling the BBB. What makes this situation even worse is Kemper/Infinity insurance referred me to this shop, worst choice ever!!Service: Painting

Allstate sent me here after my car was vandalized here in Long Beach. Not only did the shop had me call the glass repair people myself but they had my car parked outside so it could get vandalized again.They are so negligent and I would never recommend anyone to come to this shop. Terrible service. Also I paid the full amount to the glass repair, which was $400 and the shop was trying to pocket another $200 from me just because they had my car parked out in the streets. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

This business is truly insane. The rudest, most unprofessional, aggressive for no reason girls work in the office. They had my car for two whole months and then gave me the car and told me they'd call me in a few days, because they still needed to install the grille. They never called me. It is literally the end of July and I've been calling since November to get an answer. They would put me on hold and never come back, hang up on me, transfer me to a voicemail and then not pickup when I called back, etc., I'd constantly ask for the manager but he was always "on lunch "or "in a meeting". If Mercury suggests this place, DO NOT GO, I swear! Glad it's over.

This place commits insurance fraud, loses your car, damages your car and your car will be here almost 6 months. Nobody here knows what they are doing. Customer service sucks. Our insurance is getting them for fraud and we are currently in the process of filing a police report for our vehicle that they sent out but don’t know where it is. This place is SHADY. If you take your car here get a lawyer, contact the better business bureaus and try to get your car back asap to take it somewhere else.

Terrible service. Told me it wouild be ~6 weeks to repair my car. 1 week before it is supposed to be ready, after getting updates that everything was on track, I call to see when I can pick it up only to find that they haven't even started repairs. They then "ordered the wrong parts" more than once, further delaying it by another month. Multiple times I have called to check on the status of the car, and have been told by whoever answers the phone that they will go check and call me back in 30 minutes. Every single time they failed to return my call at all. Do not waste your time or money at this place. No one seems to have any idea what is going on, the customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care at all about getting repairs done in a professional or timely manner.Services: Steering & suspension repair

DO NOT COME HERE! I waited 2 whole months for them to finish the work on my vehicle, but even worse they are very fraudulent here. When I first got my Camaro someone crashed into it and I brought it here for repair and instead of replacing the damaged part with an original part as our insurance instructed them, they tried to leave the damaged part and repair it with bondo so that they could keep the remaining money that they saved by doing this. Luckily I passed by and caught them doing it and even though they were caught red-handed they completely denied it. Horrible shop, technicians, and management.

Do not take your car here for repairs. It took them 4 months to repair my car and they kept giving me the runaround. They received the money from my insurance said it will take 6 weeks after the 2nd month I went up there my car was sitting in the back collecting dust never touched. After getting my car back I noticed things were stolen in my car in the trunk there was no reason for anyone to be in my trunk or backseat or middle console.
