“This is a gem of a stationary and office supply store. I was in town for a conference and finished my current notebook. I'm glad I made the 15 minute walk! I got what I was looking for, plus a delightfuly nerdy 20 minute deep dive into notebooks, pens and the therapeutic benefits of writing and doodling. She both new and cared about her work, but more importantly, was just an excellent human being. Thank you!”
“MJ was very helpful with my issue with my HP laser printer not accepting LD cartridges. We tried several possible fixes but none worked so she and LD is sending another pair of black toner cartridges which should work. She was not defensive at all and was very pleasant throughout the call.
