I’ve been to this location plenty of times. The last time I went, I was being excessively followed and it was obvious that their employees were watching me. First off, maybe consider not putting your sale items in the back corner of the store if you think that is suspicious behavior. I spent over $150+ on items looking for clothes for myself and my children. Then, this blonde head asked “is everything ok?” Umm no you and your staff are making me feel uncomfortable. Then, I was at glasses rack by checkout and the lady that wears glasses was shouting at “Are you ready mam?” If I was ready I will proceed to go the register. I will be filing a complaint to corporate. Tired of these stores discriminating against customers who look/dress a certain way. Best believe if I was a white lady I wouldn’t have been treated like that.

Amanda was amazing. There were no specific shirt sizes in stock for a specific design and she went out of her way to call the Long Beach location and hold the size for us. Thank you!

They are very friendly. I was able to do my return quickly and order what I needed. They even suggested similar items that I may have liked. This location is convenient and the staff is very helpful.

Rebecca helped me & she was so sweet. She was very friendly, smiled and kind. I was very pleased with the level of service she provided especially during the holidays, we all know it can get hectic but she was just outstanding. Thank you so much for making my morning and making my experience memorable.

Poor management. Poor customer service. I return an item with a receipt and they see me walk in the door with it and they accuse me of stealing. I don't get it. Why would I waste my time to drive all the way back to the store for $20. Crazy.

I like old navy. I like how they have durable basics to add to anyone's wardrobe and it's so fast to check out. I feel like for the size of the store they are so size inclusive. Petite, tall, plus size, they got your size.Their fitting rooms are in the middle which is so convenient because it you need something else or want to check out, you don't need to do a whole trip for it.

Very nice store. It was very clean and organized aside from some things on the store. Jok helped us at the register and they were nice. This is my first time in this Old Navy and everything was easy to access. I called before arriving to see if they had no show socks for flats (they def show btw), they answered immediately and they were indeed in stock. Thank you!
