I been at alot of auto stores and I'm beginning to love oreillyauto because every one goes to autozone and I hate they give u the wrong parts 75% of the time . Being a mechanic I tend to do this so people can understand the struggle we have with uneducated people and rather come here for a more knowledgeable personnel! The best part is that there's no lines !!

I stopped by after noticing one of my headlights had gone out. I was attended to by a manager who was very helpful he told me the part that I needed was on sale which was great, and as a result, I ended up purchasing two, not wanting to take the chance of one light being brighter than the other. The manager even installed both lights for me in under 5 minutes. This made my day! What great service and also a wonderful experience provided by a generous person!

I go if I have to, they only have a free tool rental for 3 days. I actually was charged for a part I rented for free for the 3 days because I had the tool 4 days. Do yourself a favor and only rent for free from Autozone, they give you 90 days…period!

Called O Reilly’s to check and see if they had Coolant for my car. Person over the phone was nice and friendly, let me know they had it. Went in, Andres, helped me. Very helpful. Asked for my car’s information, researched it on the computer. He told me exactly what coolant I needed, went & got it off the shelf and explained where to put it in my car. Great customer service. Will be back.
