I had an amazing experience at Pacific Tire #13 ! I cannot thank them enough for their prompt and efficient service.I woke up to a flat tire early in the morning and was really worried about how I would manage to get it fixed before heading to work. Fortunately, I found this tire shop nearby, and it turned out to be a lifesaver.When I arrived, the staff was already there and ready to assist me. They greeted me with a friendly smile and reassured me that they would take care of my tire quickly. And boy, did they deliver on that promise! The team wasted no time in getting to work.Within what felt like just a few minutes, they had assessed the tire, found the puncture, and skillfully patched it up. I was amazed at their speed and expertise. They clearly knew what they were doing and handled the situation with utmost professionalism.Not only did they fix the tire swiftly, but they also took the time to explain the procedure to me and gave some useful tips on how to prevent such issues in the future. Their customer service are amazing. They are very friendly, there is one time I went there for them to check my tires, and they find out that the tires are linking and they guy pumped it for free. Am giving them 6 stars ? because they are good at what they do.
