Had the worst experience ever with this Pep Boys location. I walked in the day before to see if I could get a simple oil change. The lady at the counter said it’s a long wait so I decided to make an appointment for the next day. I came in about 10min before my appointment so I could check in on time. After checking in the lady said my estimate was $105 and that it would take an hour and a half to two hours!!! I was not happy about the wait time but had no choice. She proceeded to tell me that some of the mechanics are on lunch break and the others are already working on previous appointments. So I took a walk to kill time and got lunch. I come back two hrs later to still see my car parked in the same spot. I figured one of two things, they haven’t even started or they are done as they said in the allotted time frame they initially gave me. When I walk in Desiree helps me and looks up my information. She notices my car hasn’t even been started on. She came back in and told me the news, (no apology) but said my car is next!! Like now I got to wait even longer!!!! NO THANK YOU!!! YOU ALL WAISTED MY TIME WITH AN APPOINTMENT AND I MISSED OUT ON 3HRS OF WORK BECAUSE OF IT!!! I will never come back here again. Your customer service sucks and it should never take that long for an oil change WITH an appointment!!! Oh and when I came and left two to three of the mechanics on shift were just outside standing around on their phones, don’t know if that was their breaks but they were there just chillin when I left too.

My tire was going flat in the late afternoon yesterday. Jesus got me in right away and had my tire fixed, which had nail in it. I wanted to give him a shout out because he was super nice and courteous!!

Never again will I go back to Pep Boys. I stopped by lates because my tail light was out and needed to be replaced that’s it. The lady was so nice. I sat in the waiting room waiting for my car to be fixed. She came back with the piece in her hand, and I couldn’t believe my eyes as she tells me that the color of my socket was Discolor and old And the whole thing needs to be replaced meanwhile, I’m looking at the socket in her hand is dis angled, and broken. When all you have to do is push and twist it out to replace it. Why was it Dismal like that and why would I need a whole new replacement kit so we go back into the office and she’s calling all over the place to look for a replacement kit because it’s late we can’t find one. So now I’m left to look for One myself the following day and now I still have no tail light now I need as she says a whole new replacement kit and all I needed it when I came in was a Back tail light bulb. Little did I know when I left whatever he did I had now no brake lights. Somehow he manage to burn out the fuse when he was dismal, the tail light bulb out of the socket and damage the wires, but I didn’t know that until the following two days later, when my husband, check my back lighting when we was at the grocery store. after searching all over town for the tail light replacement kit, I finally had to go to the dealership and pay four times the amount it actually cost to find out I didn’t have to pay for it it at all. The ki The kit itself cause 1499. The dealership charges $81 and the lady at Pep Boys was going to charge me $71 to put it On. Then I remember my husband‘s mechanic and when I went there, the man took one of the bugs out of the new kit and just put it in my old socket and it worked. I didn’t need a kit after all. But I did need some wiring done after Pep Boys employee burnt my wires out which cost me $20 to get fixed Any new bulb And return the new unused replacement socket kit that I was told I needed to have. This was my five day journey just because I stop by Pep Boys to replace one Back tail light. Never again. Shaking my head. And I really thought Pep Boys was a respectable business For many years.

I came to this facility to get my vehicle's oil changed and it was a low and fair price. They treated me very well and everyone was very friendly, especially the manager Javier who was on top of everything. Thank you

Never again. Oil change took over two hours with an appointment. Service advisor was “too busy” to tell me they wanted to upsell lug nuts for a tire rotation. So car just sat in the bay until I asked the mechanic who told me what was going on.
