Th dog walkers are great with my pup. He absolutely loves them & enjoys his time with them. The walkers are respectful of my home and genuinely care about the pets they help with. They've also been super accommdating when I've needed last minute sof walkign servicez. Pet Sit Pros has a great team. I highly recommend them!

I used Pet Sit Pros exclusively since moving to the area in about 2018, and they were always caring, professional, trustworthy and attentive sitters. My cat would sometimes be in better spirits when I returned than when I left! The way they handled visits during covid lockdowns, times when staff needed to be away, and an occasion when I traveled further than usual all stand out as times when their above-board service, communication and flexibility were especially noted.My cat recently passed away, and Jay's support provided insight that truly helped me move forward. The PSP crew (Jay, Fernando, Lana, Barbara, Eve and others) became like an extended part of the family. My only regret is not being away more often (to use them more) or for longer durations. 100 stars!The best part was the way they would send photo/video updates while they were on-site, real-time. Besides being comforting from afar, the quality of their media remains the absolute best in my collection -- photos and videos that have taken on extra meaning recently, capturing sides of her personality I was not as able to do as well myself. I am forever grateful to PSP for all they did. From the heart , I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing the various services they provide.

I'm updating my review from five years ago to say that Jay and his team at Pet Sit Pros continue to be wonderful, thoughtful and attentive sitters for our cats (a couple generations of them!) Here's an example of why they rock: Recently, we were on vacation in Europe when Long Beach suffered a heat wave. Our house has no AC--we rely on fans and open windows when we're at home and it gets hot. By text and email, and across a 9-hour time difference, Jay worked with us to come up with a plan for extra visits (which we paid for, of course) so that the sitters could air out the house, run fans and ensure our cats were safe and comfy. Please seek out Pet Sit Pros when you need a sitter for your pet. They are the best.

We have been using Pet Sit Pros since our puppy was about 4 months old. We have had nothing but positive experiences!! Jay (owner) is extremely responsive answering questions and helped me when I was initially figuring out how to to use their website to make a booking. Our dog Norman, loves his walkers Fernando and Eve! They are prompt, professional, and clearly care about the dogs in their care. They've even gone so far as to teach him new tricks! And they always send tons of pictures and videos to keep me updated while I'm at work, which I really appreciate! I'm so glad we found them!!

I can't say enough about Pet Sit Pros and Fernando and Jay. They were so good with my cat Tina over several sittings and even helped me transition her to another home when my schedule got to hectic to have her any more. They do a great job notifying you of each visit, giving updates and sending photos of your pet. They may somewhat more expensive than other services, but are really well worth it due to their professionalism and the peace of mind their service brings to a pet owner. Sincerely, Les Bruvold

So grateful for Pet Sit Pros!!! Have been using them regularly for the last year to look after my (very sweet but needy) cat. So glad I can take trips and go away without worrying about him. The sitter texts an update and photos after each visit which really eases the mind of anxious pet parents. Eve is my main sitter and she is awesome!! Love the flexibility of being able to book online, book different schedules for each day, pick time slots, cancel etc... Super easy communication with the sitters and Jay which I really appreciate. Would highly recommend!

I left an earlier review when they would watch my other cat, Taiko. I now have two new little munchkins and they have such a wonderful sitter named Eve, I had to update my review just to rave about her. A note I sent to Jason (owner): I just wanted to send you a little note about Eve and tell you how much I love having her watch my boys, Sonny & Rico. I have always had the best service with your providers, so this isn't to down anyone else. But Eve sends me a ton of pictures, gives me updates that matter to me, like their disposition and all the things that they did together. I love that she plays with them and reads their personalities so well. Overall, I'm so pleased because being such an overbearing cat mother like I am, I love that I have someone who takes care of them as well as I do. And the boys love her very much as well. I appreciate the high caliber of service that PSP has always provided and how I've had assistance in times of trouble as well. I'm so glad that I discovered your service and will recommend it to any pet parents that I know in the areas you service.

Pet Sit Pros take great care of my cats while I'm away. They're always reliable, friendly, and have great communication. They send daily updates with pictures so I know everything is ok. They are able to schedule visits on short notice which is great for impromptu trips. They confirm in advance they'll be visiting, and they schedule a meet and greet so the animals are comfortable when they come later. They're super friendly and love animals, and my pets seem totally comfortable around them. I highly recommend them- I've always been very impressed and glad they're taking care of my cats.
