Came here since scheduling online was easy and nearby. My pup came home from his first grooming (+ anal expression) here completely shut down and out of sorts. He will not play and his anal area is bothering him so much he does not want to even go outside - it is NOT his first anal expression or grooming either. It’s been two days and he is not getting better. He has never come home like this from ANY groomer or vet appointment. I don’t know what they did to him here, so be careful or stick to your regular groomer.

Everyone is so nice here as soon as you walk in we Use to shop at other pet stores but the customer service we get here you will never receive anywhere else ! Thank you Betty for helping us every time we come in with Bailey and Rosie they are loving the treats and their new Food !

This was completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful. They treated me as if I was a thief, making it nearly impossible to complete my purchase. I’ve been a loyal customer, coming every weekend, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable and frankly infuriating.

Staff was amazing and friendly, and seems like a great place for a quick dog wash, but the selection of food brands and enrichment toys for dogs and cats PALES in comparison to a real Pet Supply. You can tell the sourcing is lower quality and geared towards lower cost brands, and the place was generally not very well stocked. If you’re a seasoned pet owner I would just make the drive to Pet Supply.

This is my new favorite pet store I highly recommend shopping here for your loved ones because they care and everyone is so helpful Betty is great she helped me pick out what I needed for my new puppy and she spent time listening to me vent about my cat I just lost . You can tell the staff at this store cares and they are all very helpful as a business owner myself I loved the costumer service I received shopping at this store. Thank You Betty for listening and putting a smile on my face!
