The groomers do an amazing job. You can't beat the price and you can tell the staff truly love what they do.

Take our pup here for doggy day care. Everyone knows him by name as he is quite the social butterfly. Staff are great. Manager assisted us months ago when the food we get for him was out, for months. She would let us know when the food was in stock at other locations. Store is clean and grooming services are good.
Love the special events they have in doggy daycare and the cute photos of Ollie celebrating!

Their prices went up overnight, quite a bit I might add. If you have the app there are some savings on there. It seems they are exceptionally higher priced on their food than other companies. I bought the same food at Teresa's for nearly a dollar less a can and bit better variety. Also, I think their pet beds are way over priced. It's just unfortunate that the cost of all of these items make it difficult for pet owners to afford. Which sometimes can be discouraging and can take the fun out of having a new pet. The last thing the state needs is another discouraged pet owner because we have such an enormous amount of owner surrenders to the shelters. I am on the rescue side of this. So affordability, of even the bare necessities, is a huge factor if someone is on the fence about keeping a pet. It's not just Petsmart it's all the corporate for profit pet supply companies. Right now affording the bare essentials for humans is nearly impossible these days as well. The only difference is it's a little more difficult to surrender a family member if you can't afford what they need. Lol

This establishment was nice, very clean and not to mention huge compared to all the ones I grown up and went to the staff seems pretty friendly. I came here late at night with the hubby so he can get his dog some food. The cashier was very polite and she was fantastic.

The first trip for purchasing fish was great! The woman who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I was impressed they hired someone with a marine biology degree to help care for their aquatic animals. I made sure the tank was ready prior to purchase: I used test strips, treated the water, ran the filter for two weeks. Everything was great because I confirmed my tank’s water test results with her. This employee is why I gave you 3 instead of 1 stars. I purchased 3 Glow Tetras and all three died within 12 hrs. The other fish I purchased were totally fine. I took a video of the 3 dead fish and returned to replace them about a week later. I purchased shrimp, loaches, fancy guppies, and a Molly. However, I made a mistake and put in sea shells from the beach into my fresh water tank to add hiding spots, so my shrimp and a couple of fish died. I realized seashells change the water’s pH, unfortunately only after they died, so I retested the water and replaced the water and filter. I took a video of the fish that had died and returned on the last day of the 2 week return/ exchange policy. I met the aquatic animal manager, who told me she would not watch or accept the video because I should have brought her the dead fish— I am not keeping dead animals on hand for 2 weeks!!!! I explained this policy was not explained to me and she wanted me to give her the name of the person who helped me prior so she could reprimand her ( Sooo not doing that, especially when she actually was friendly and helpful!). When I stated my shrimp died, her response was well we don’t refund the shrimp. I said ok no problem. Then when I mentioned they were not the only ones that died, she refused to allow me to purchase new fish because I killed too many?! She didn’t ask what happened and assumed it was because my tank was overcrowded?!? She gave me a bottle and told me to come back to test it before I could purchase any new fish. I drove 20 min out of my way to come to this location because of the size, selection, and previous great customer service. Look, I am the last person who would want to kill animals, so to be accused of doing so because of neglect or carelessness is offensive. I respect PetSmart not wanting to sell animals to a repeat offender, but I certainly don’t fit into that category. I learned the Glow Tetras are not easy to care for in a mixed community tank and are more susceptible to slight environmental changes, so after they died I chose to replace them with more hearty fish to avoid a repeat incident! The second loss was for the reason already mentioned. I wasted a trip and lost $25 because of a rude manager. We all have bad days, but I don’t like bearing the brunt for whatever is stressing you out, particularly when I am being nice and reasonable. I said to myself forget this, and went to Petco closer to my house and explained the situation to the manager, he offered much better customer service! Petsmart on Carson, you lost a loyal customer.

Thank you, Dani, for taking care of my girl Roxy! She doesn’t usually like grooming, but Dani made sure she had a great experience. Roxy can’t wait to go back!

It's ok. Friendly workers. Has many services, including a pet hotel, training, grooming and day camp, but the products are seemingly few and on the expensive side. Overall it serves its purpose. One stop shop if needed.

We have been visiting the Pet Hotel for over a decade. Our dog Rontu always had a wonderful time. The staff is always friendly and loved having Rontu visit.
Unfortunately he passed away suddenly a couple of weeks ago. I went to the hotel to let them know and to cancel some reservations.
They were sad to hear the news. Today we received a beautiful boutique of flowers and a nice note with their condolences.
I would definitely recommend their hotel.
